THIS ONE. ok so i will be crystal clear here i am violently against the use of ai to take away from real human artists and workers and how its being used currently is not at all ok but this does not mean that all AI is bad no matter what. Like centuries in the future if we could have a society where robots and shit are doing manual labour and humans can just shill tf out i totally support that, or like using ai to compile information for a project (check sources and such obviously and the rest should be actual human work) is theoretically fine but until then i am against the use of ai almost entirely and no longer use it myself (i did as a kid we dont talk about the c.ai days ok?) I have my own experiences with this that i will post about at some point and link here when i do but AI ART OR LITERATURE OF FUCKING POSTERS ARE BLATENT SIGNS OF A FAILING SOCIETY. Ok obviously im obsessed with johnny depp and theres a big discourse around him for good reason considering that trial was fuckin televised. Basically, as a csa and cdv survivor, i support johnny depp because of the evidence presented and just having watched dozens of his interviews he is just a good person. neither of them are faultless but Turd was the one that brought everything into the public eye by writing shitty articles about her ex through a news outlet (iirc). This one ive mullled over for quite a while and to put it plainly, im pretty neutral on this one. I dont support either shelby or wilbur at this point because the way shelby handled the entire situation was NOT indicative of her being any better than he was and i watched part of her big stream on this and it just felt super wrong to me. There is definitely something off about her mannerisms or wording or SOMETHING that immediately raises red flags. Theres also no evidence of anything she said happened so like??? And she said she was gonna bring this stuff to court (SHE SHOULD HAVE STARTED HERE BRO NOT VAUGEPOSTING ONLINE) and that never happened. And will specifically talked about dealing with depression and such too but this does not make up for the way he treated her if that did happen and especially not his friends. His life has lowk been ruined which sucks but like i hope they both work through this shit?? I mainly feel bad for tommy. I am still very new to this discourse and terminology so please let me know in a respectful way if ive got anything wrong here! Basically in general I am anti censorship but it super heavily depends on the situation. For example, a grown adult writing smut about minors is definitely super not ok but also minors reading/writing age gap fics isnt really on them? Like at that point it should be brought up how they are doing mentally and if they have worked through stuff and read or write as a coping skill than that is a whole different story.
