A fun fact about me is that my back hurts.

I am loveable. I am a person with beautiful qualities. I deserve to love myself. I deserve to find love. If someone else failed to treat me right, it doesn’t make me any lesser. It’s not my fault. It will not strip away my hope.

Reassurance is so bare minimum. If my partner needs me to reassure them I have absolutely no problems doing that. I don’t care how many times I need to reassure them.

Hey, just a reminder that it's okay to have serious discussions over text. Sometimes it's just easier. Sometimes certain traumas make sticking to your personal values when talking with someone, difficult. I get it. Sometimes you just need to type out what you feel, and have the discussion afterwards. It's okay.

A gentle reminder that the only thing I'm saying about any of you without your knowledge/behind your back is "so I have this cool friend-"

If someone is asking you for some reassurance, just fucking give it to them. It costs you *absolutely nothing* to remind someone in your life that they're loved/cared for so they feel better and more secure.
