In life and relationships you have to take responsibility. No matter the outcome it is important to understand how you hurt someone because you were not ready. You were not healed and able to give the healthiest version of yourself. You may lose amazing people on this journey but you have to look at yourself and reflect. What was my part in this experience?

Guys fail to realize that there is a difference between taking care of a woman’s physical needs and fulfilling her emotional needs. A lot of women are unhappy in relationships were their emotional needs are not being meet even if their physical needs are.

I am at a point in my life where I choose peace and remove toxicity and stress ✌🏽
