"Know it hasn't really been that long but it feels like forever. I miss you. How are you?! I've been in the studio and you've been busy. And that's a good thing. Have you been working on yourself too? Or internally beating yourself up? I definetly do that shit. Overthinking/ freaking tf out and then figuring out how to calm myself down. These days, I'm learning my limits. Testing my boundaries. Trying to give myself the grace I would give to the people I love. Disappointing myself, getting back up, dusting off, and starting again.
