Kirishima bursts into Ashido's room without knocking and she smudges the eyeshadow she's in the middle of applying to Uraraka. They both frown, glaring at Kirishima for the surprise interruption. "Knock much?" asks Ashido, reaching for a tissue to clean up the mess.
"I'm sorry!" Kirishima apologies, scrambling into the room and shutting the door. He sits down on the floor and bows his head.
"Does this happen often?" asks Uraraka, glancing between Ashido and Kirishima.
Ashido sighs and gives Kirishima a hopeless smile. "Unfortunately." She pats Kirishima on the shoulder. "What do you need help with?"
"Clothes," he says, without further explanation. Both the girls stare at him and his thoughts finally catch up with his actions. "Sorry, I just…" He runs his hands through his hair, mussing up his spikes that he spent a half hour on this morning. "I wanna finally ask Bakugou out but I want to look good when I do. He always says everything I wear is shitty and I don't want to look shitty when I ask him."
"Aaw," both girls coo.
"That's so cute," says Uraraka. "And you want us to help you?"
Kirishima flushes. "Well, I wanted Ashido to help me but since you're here too…"
Uraraka snorts. Ashido finishes fixing her makeup and packs up the supplies. She gives Kirishima a pat on the shoulder and he sits up properly. "Do you want to go shopping or pick from your closet?" she asks.
He'd love to go shopping but he doesn't have a lot of money. Kirishima is resigned to choosing from his closet. "Closet," he says.
Ashido slaps her hands to her thighs and stands up. "All right, let's go!"
"Right now?" Kirishima panics.
Ashido smirks. "No time like the present!" She and Uraraka pull Kirishima to his feet, ushering him out of the room and to his own.
The girls follow him to his room and the entire time, Kirishima is glancing over his shoulder to see if anyone (Bakugou) sees them. There's no one in the hall, which is good, but that doesn't mean they won't hear Ashido and Uraraka entering his room, especially Shouji if he's in his own dorm. The girls are quick to tear his closet and dresser drawers apart. It's embarrassing and he has to put his hand on his underwear drawer to stop Ashido from digging through there for 'the perfect pair of boxers.' Bakugou isn't going to see his boxers!
His face is on fire and his cheeks hurt from the embarrassment. Kirishima knows he brought this on himself by asking, but hearing how much they think his wardrobe sucks does little to help his confidence. Maybe he should give up hope on asking Bakugou out.
"What about this one?" asks Uraraka, pulling out a plain black t-shirt. Kirishima doesn't wear a lot of black, so he forgot it was even in there.
"Ooh, yeah." Ashido agrees. "It's got the v-neck and everything! And this bracelet!" She picks up the bracelet Kirishima bought when they were disguising themselves as delinquents to save Bakugou.
"This pair of jeans seems okay too," says Uraraka. "No holes." She holds up the jeans as if she's trying to picture them on Kirishima's body. Uraraka gives him a thumbs up. "It's all coming together."
"Put it on! Put it on!" Ashido cheers, clapping her hands.
Kirishima grabs everything and stalks off to his en suite bathroom to change. He feels silly. It's just his regular clothes but the pressure feels insurmountable. When he walks out of the bathroom, he runs his fingers through his hair again and asks sheepishly, "What do you think?"
Ashido and Uraraka's eyes both sparkle with excitement and they grin brightly at him. "It looks so good! You should leave your hair down."
"You really think so?" asks Kirishima, lips tugging into a faint smile.
"Yeah!" says Uraraka.
Ashido gets up and pushes Kirishima to the door. "Go! Go!"
"Right now?" asks Kirishima, panicking.
"No time like the present! You're already dressed. Go get your man!"
Kirishima hesitates at the door, then glances back at the two of them. "Thank you."
"No problem," says Uraraka. "We'll clean up this mess and let ourselves out."
Kirishima takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly. It does little to ease the growing tension in the pit of his stomach, but he's feeling better than he did when he burst into Ashido's room earlier. He walks out into the hallway and comes to a stop in front of the door to his right. Bakugou's name is written on the plate next to it and he lifts his hand to knock.

Their team is losing. The score is five to two. The odds of them making four points in the last twenty minutes of the game is slim, but not impossible. There have been greater upsets in the history of soccer. Tabito isn't ready to throw in the towel but Rin is getting especially aggravated with the situation. It's clear that prior to coming to Blue Lock, he was not used to losing. Now it's something they all do regularly. They have to work harder and smarter than they ever have before. The growing frustration from their team's "captain" bleeds into the other players.
The timeout only gives them a two-minute reprieve, and there's only thirty seconds left of it. Everyone is tired with aching joins and sore muscles. They're downing bottles of water and sports drink, but it does little to quench their thirst or cool their bodies. Sweat drips from Tabito's brow as he gets up to approach Rin. Mr. Number One looks like he's about to loose his tongue on Isagi and Tabito knows they need to unite, not divide. He grabs Rin by the shoulder, forcing those beautiful green eyes to meet his. Whatever curse Rin had on his tongue is halted by the sudden distraction.
"Hey," says Tabito. Rin falters. "When that whistle blows, keep yer eyes on me. I'm gonna get us a goal and turn this around, ya'?"
A frown furrows Rins brows and his long lashes beat against his cheeks. He curls his lip into a sneer and says, "Not if I get one first."
Tabito smirks, satisfied by the reply. "Nah," he says. "I'll get it. Then you'll get the next one, and we're gonna beat those guys without goin' into additional time."
"Damn right," agrees Isagi, slapping Tabito on the back.
The whistle blows and they get into position on the field. It blows again and everyone starts moving. Chigiri gets the ball, sprinting downfield like a cheetah. Tabito calls out to him and the ball is passed smoothly to the midfield. He stops it between his feet, then takes off running, dribbling and sprinting until he's in range of the goal. The other team is hot on his heels and they attempt to box him in, but true to his word, Tabito makes the goal. Rin gets the next one, just as he said, and suddenly everyone is a hell of a lot more motivated to finish the game. They turn it around until they're tied up, and with only seconds left, it looks like they will go into additional time after all, but Rin manages to score the final goal just as the buzzer goes off.
The energy is electrifying and addictive. Adrenaline courses through everyone's veins and Tabito is breathing heavily as he comes down from the high of the win. His hands are shaking as they walk off the field and he's so caught up in his own thoughts that he doesn't notice Rin's approach, not until strong hands grab him by the front of his jersey and drag him down an empty corridor. He's about to ask what's wrong when Rin slams him into the wall and crushes Tabito's lips with his own.
It's an angry, searing kiss, and it steals Tabito's breath away. His eyes widen, then gradually close as he melts into Rin's warm mouth on his. They're both covered in sweat and probably reek of body odor, but all Tabito can find himself doing is grabbing Rin by the hips and drawing him in closer until their forms are fully slotted together.
Voices come from somewhere down the hall and they're forced to break apart. Tabito struggles for air and his voice is a bit hoarse but he manages to ask, "What was that for?"
Rin's cheeks flood with embarrassment and he turns his head away, staring at a speck on the wall rather than meeting Tabito's gaze. "Nothing," he says. "Just felt like it."
Tabito smirks. "Well, if ya' feel like it again, I won't say no."
Rin turns then, with a steely-eyed glare focused squarely on Tabito. "Don't get so full of yourself, Crow."
Tabito shrugs and ruffles Rin's hair. "Crows like shiny things," he says as he walks away towards the others, leaving Mr. Number One to stew on what that could possibly mean.
Katsuki can't help but be wary of the scantily clad man he found at the heart of an old shrine. Despite his better judgment, he gave the man a change of clothes. Shameless is the only word he can use to describe the guy, with the way he strips down in front of the offering box without a second thought. Katsuki has to look away but his gaze flicks back to him from over his shoulder. He has long red hair tied into a sloppy braid. His body is toned and his eyes sharp. It's fall, but he seems unbothered by the temperature, there's not a single shiver that travels down his spine. He watches Katsuki like, well, like how Katsuki watches him.
The clothes are snug on him and Katsuki doesn't have another pair of shoes, but he seems content in his sandals. The clothes he had on looked like something out of a fantasy comic and the way he talks sets of sirens in Katsuki's head. "Are you ready?" he asks, wanting to move on from this shrine.
The guy had introduced himself as Eijirou, and he falls into step beside Katsuki. "I'm not sure where to put these," he says, holding the loincloth and all the jewelry he had on previously. Katsuki sighs and holds out his bag, unzipping it for Eijirou to stuff his belongings inside. He does without hesitation, which is another odd thing.
"You're not afraid I'm gonna steal all your jewelry and run off?"
Eijirou blinks, then stares blankly at Katsuki like it's the most absurd question in the world. "If you want it, you can have it. All of me belongs to you."
Katsuki furrows his brows, taken aback by the sudden declaration. He isn't sure what to make of it, so he ignores it entirely. Maybe it was a bad idea to invite this complete stranger to join him on his pilgrimage, but his mother is always harping on him to make friends. I'll probably get murdered, he thinks, but it's hard to be scared when the guy looks like he's never worn pants a day in his life.
"Where are you traveling to?" asks Eijirou, frowning as the inseam rubs against his crotch.
Katsuki glances at him, then returns his attention to the long road before them. "Nowhere, everywhere. I don't know. I just wanted to get out and see the world. Feel like I've been cooped up all my life." Eijirou chuckles. "Something funny?" Katsuki asks.
"No," he hums, shaking his head. "Once a nomad, always a nomad."
Eijirou is weird, but not bad. The prospect of having someone to travel alongside him, to face what he faces and keep him from descending into loneliness is too good to pass up. His weird manner of speaking will grow on Katsuki eventually. Though he doesn't know what to make of Eijirou hissing at the first car they pass on the road. Who does that?
They're down by five points and the frustration is palpable. Everyone is breathing heavily, exhausted from how hard they've been running around the court, and dripping in sweat. With tense shoulders and aching muscles, it doesn't look good for the UA team. Shiketsu looks confident, cocky, certain that their victory is secured. They only need two points to win, versus UA's seven. A timeout was called so that everyone could cool their heads and so that Shiketsu's rhythm will be disrupted.
Katsuki sits on the bench, drapes a towel over his eyes and leans back with his head tilted to the ceiling. They need some sort of motivation to power through and secure their victory. No way were they losing their spot at nationals with a seven-point gap. Katsuki feels a warm, equally sweaty shoulder brush against his and he lolls his head to the right. They have less than a minute before they have to get back out on the court and he doesn't yet have a game plan. Aizawa is giving some bored speech but Katsuki knows it isn't enough.
"Hey," he whispers, low enough that only Eijirou will hear him. Eijirou hums to let him know he's listening. Katsuki still has the towel over his eyes and he wets his lips, heart jack-hammering against his ribcage. "If you get us that seven points, I'll blow you in the shower when the game is over."
He hears Eijirou audibly swallow, then slaps his hands on his thighs and stands up. "Guys!" he shouts. "What's with the long faces? The match isn't over yet. We can still win this!"
Katsuki smirks to himself as Eijirou gets the team hyped up, and drags the towel off his face. He stands as well, joins the huddle, then slaps Eijirou's ass as they break apart and get into formation on the court. Katsuki takes his place in the front. As the setter, he's the pillar of the team. Eijirou is currently in the back row, but it'll only take one rotation to correct that issue.
Shiketsu has the serve. Katsuki watches as the big guy throws the ball up into the air. He's so tall that his feet barely leave the floor when he jumps to strike it. It sails smoothly over the net towards the back line. Katsuki pivots his body to see, but stays in position to get the ball in the air when it comes to him. Eijirou dives, popping the ball into the air just before it hits the ground. Katsuki has to get lower than he'd like, but he gets under it and he pushes it up towards Sero who's standing at the net. Sero cuts it straight down. One of the guys on the other team tries to get it up into the air but it gets caught in the net. They fumble for it but they fail to get it back over. The whistle blows and the crowd cheers when UA gets the ball back.
Their rotation moves and Eijirou is back up front, standing to Katsuki's left. He's in the best position for their comeback and now they only need six more points to win. Satou sends a clean serve over the net and Shiketsu returns it. It's a perfect volley, with the ball coming easily to Katsuki who sets it up for their ace to spike the ball. It drops into the middle of the court in a single strike. Katsuki grins widely at Eijirou who is equally beaming back at him. They high five and prepare for Satou's next serve.
🏐🏐🏐
Katsuki pushes Eijirou into the back corner of the locker room showers. They only have fifteen minutes before they have to be on the bus to head back to their school. It's enough time for him to get the job done as skillfully as Eijirou did during the game. He drops to his knees with the water raining down on him from the shower head. It blurs his vision but he doesn't need to see know how Eijirou likes it. He swipes his tongue from base to tip up the length of Eijirou's shaft. A guttural moan sounds from above him and he smirks. He sucks Eijirou down, bobbing his head and feeling how hard his own cock is. He'll have to wait until later to finish himself off. Right now, it's all about Eijirou and his reward.
"Man, you guys, come on," Kaminari whines from the neighboring stall. "Why do you gotta do this every time?"
Katsuki doesn't answer his protests, too busy working Eijirou over. Eijirou's only answer is a resounding moan as he thumps his fist against the tile wall.
"Just leave'em." Sero groans. "It'll be over with faster if you just ignore it." He's not wrong, but Katsuki still holds his arm out behind his back to flip off no one in particular.

Kirishima is incredibly thankful that Bakugou is alive, gradually recovering, and back at school with all their friends. He really is! What Edgeshot and Best Jeanist did to fabricate a temporary heart that kept Bakugou going through the rest of the battle long enough to make it to the hospital is considered no less than a genuine miracle. By all accounts, it rightfully should not have worked. Maybe that's what's putting Kirishima on edge now. It shouldn't have worked. He would very much rather have his best friend alive versus dead, but something has been off about him ever since he was released from the hospital, maybe even before that.
Bakugou is still standoffish, he still calls people names, and threatens to kill them on a daily basis, but there's an air about him that makes Kirishima nervous. Maybe it's a near-death experience thing. He certainly wouldn't know what that's like, but there's a newfound distance between them that didn't exist prior to them going into that final battle. There's a predatory glint in Bakugou's eyes when he watches people. No one else seems to have noticed.
And then Kirishima notices it one afternoon when Bakugou must assume he's alone. He's in the kitchen, struggling to get a jar open one-handed. Kirishima is about to offer to help him when he curses and pulls his injured arm free of the sling it's always in and easily twists the lid on the jar. He turns and startles when he sees Kirishima. "Wow, man," says Kirishima with a nervous chuckle. "Those physical therapy sessions must really be paying off. You made that look so natural."
Bakugou's eyes darken, irises turning black with a sliver of gold, void of their usual scarlet luster, then he smirks and slides his arm seamlessly back into the sling. "Yeah. They sure have." His eyes turn red again, and he grabs a spoon to scoop kimchi out of the jar.
Everyone tells him he must have imagined it. Maybe they're right, but it only further cements into Kirishima that something is wrong with Bakugou. He just doesn't know what. Kirishima's heart no longer flutters in his presence. Bakugou is still attractive, he's still witty, smart, and brave, but Kirishima doesn't feel the attraction towards him that he felt all of first year. That scares him.
A knock on his door distracts him from his homework and he opens it to find Bakugou standing in the hallway. "Do you need something?" he asks. His tone is still friendly, but there's hesitation and skepticism laced in his voice now.
"Can I come in?" asks Bakugou. He cocks his head to the side, blond hair swaying across his forehead. The cut on his cheek has healed into a pale scar. It catches the light from Kirishima's room as he steps out of the way to let Bakugou in. A chill runs down his spine, and Kirishima has never felt more out of place in his own dorm room.
"What's up, dude?" he asks casually.
Bakugou pulls his arm out of the sling and pins Kirishima against the wall. "I'd appreciate it if you quit watching me so much and talking about me behind my back."
"Your arm!" Kirishima protests, startled and unsure how to respond.
Bakugou smirks. "I think we both know my arm is fine."
Kirishima narrows his gaze at Bakugou and hardens his skin at a surface level. "Who are you?"
"It's more of a 'what' situation."
"What?" asks Kirishima.
"Exactly." Bakugou pulls back, putting distance between them. His eyes turn black and gold once more, confirming that Kirishima hadn't been imagining things previously. "You see, Bakugou Katsuki did in fact die on that battlefield, but he was so desperate to save everyone that he used his last bit of consciousness to call for help. And who am I to deny a young boy the chance to save the world?"
"Who are you?" Kirishima grits out. He balls his hand into a hardened fist, ready to punch this stranger masking as his best friend.
"My name is of no consequence. You'd never be able to pronounce it."
"You won't get away with this," he argues.
"Of course I will," smirks Bakugou. "I've seen your soul. You're too kind to tell everyone the truth. Think about how much it will destroy all your friends and Bakugou's family if they learn that he really did die that day, fighting a war children should never have been part of. It'll devastate them. You wouldn't want that."
"It's the right thing to do."
Bakugou leans close, brushes his fingers down the length of Kirishima's arm and wraps his arms around Kirishima's neck. "Demons feed on desires. I know this is what you really want." Warm breath ghosts over Kirishima's jawline as Bakugou whispers in his ear. "Think about it. Everyone can be happy. You can finally be with Bakugou, his friends and family never have to grieve, and he can live on in the afterlife knowing he saved everyone, and I can be free."
Bakugou's lips press lightly against his throat and Kirishima has to remind himself that this is an imposter. The way his heart beats is an involuntary reaction. It's not because he enjoys it. "Come on," the demon encourages. "There's no bringing Bakugou back. He's already gone."
"His family has a right to know the truth and grieve properly."
"You can grieve for them," the demon tempts. His hand brushes against the front of Kirishima's pants. "Why make everyone sad? Why take away the success of the other heroes and doctors that worked tirelessly to bring him back from the dead? Let bygones be bygones. You don't have to be the only one unhappy by this situation. I can make you feel good too." Bakugou drops to his knees and moves to tug on Kirishima's pants.
His throat bobs and he grabs Bakugou by the hair, pulling his head back to stop him. "Don't," he chokes out. Bakugou is beautiful and this demon has tainted his beauty. He pushes the demon away. "Just go."
"What are you going to do?" the demon asks, looking coy.
Kirishima shakes his head. "I need time to think about it." The news that his best friend, the love of his life, actually died all those months ago shakes him to his core. He can't face this demon wearing Bakugou's face. He doesn't know what the right decision is. He just knows he needs time alone.
Warm, chapped lips press together with a swipe of a tongue along smooth teeth. Eijirou melts into the kiss, weak-kneed and with flushed cheeks. It doesn't last long—a goodbye kiss that can make even the hardest of men swoon. Warm breath fans over his cheeks as Bakugou pulls away. A ghost of a smile plays on his lips and then he bends down, petting the fuzzy head that bumps his hand. Eijirou watches, breathless, as this gruff man smiles sweetly at his temperamental cats.
Eijirou leans against the wall, arms folded across his chest, as Bakugou coos at his cat. "Yeah, yeah, you little shit," he says fondly. "I'll see you next time." It makes Eijirou jealous despite the searing kiss he still feels on his lips. He resists the urge to touch his mouth. Bakugou stands, smirking. "I'll text you," he says. Eijirou grunts and nods his head, afraid that if he speaks, his voice will crack. He watches Bakugou slip on a brown leather jacket and walk out the apartment door.
When the lock clicks and Eijirou is left alone, he slides his back down the wall as his legs give out. Talon nudges him, wanting to be pet, but as soon as Eijirou reaches his hand out to do just that, the tabby nips at him. He glares at his cat. "How can you be so nice to him but not to me?" he whines. Talon glares at him then turns to stare at the door. He follows his cat's gaze, and he wonders if they're thinking the same thing. They don't want Bakugou to go.
Eijirou wonders when the next time Bakugou will call him will be.
It was meant to be casual, it is casual. They met at a bar that Eijirou's friend Denki works at. Eijirou was drawn in by thick, muscular biceps and a wicked smile. His poor gay heart stood no chance. Bakugou never minces his words, he didn't back then either. He was frank, a little too frank, but he was honest. And suddenly it was four drinks later and Bakugou was asking if Eijirou wanted to leave. He did! He very much did, and it was the hottest sex he had ever had.
Bakugou rode him with sweat dripping down his brow and his head tossed back, a killer smile stretched across his face, and the filthiest moans Eijirou had ever heard. And then later, Bakugou had pushed Eijirou up against the shower wall, ate him out and pulled his hair as he fucked Eijirou into the cool, slick tile. The whimper that escaped Eijirou as he came was so incredibly unmanly, and yet, he wasn't embarrassed. This hot, blond stranger had fucked him within an inch of his life.
"My number," he said, scribbling down his contact information on a notepad before they left the love hotel. Eijirou took it like a prized treasure being added to a dragon's hoard. "In case you want to do this again." Bakugou added. Eijirou typed the number into his phone and immediately sent Bakugou a text to let him know it was him. Bakugou shook his head with a smile and a laugh, called Eijirou a dork, and then left the hotel.
They aren't dating. Never once did they talk about a relationship. Eijirou has never been to Bakugou's apartment. They don't go on dates, but once or twice a week, Bakugou comes over to Eijirou's place and fucks him stupid, but then he leaves, and Talon gets pissy. Betrayed by his own cat! Eijirou has seen Bakugou around the bar a few times since they started their arrangement. He's a dick to the other customers and Denki never has kind words to say about him, but then he sees Eijirou and it’s like the world fades away and it's just the two of them and—is that weird?
Bakugou comes over and he always greets Talon first. And Talon, who hates people and barely tolerates Eijirou most days, rubs against Bakugou's leg and headbutts him for pets. "Hey buddy, how's it going?" Bakugou asks, with that gentle smile and low, gravelly voice. The same voice that whispers filth into the shell of Eijirou's ear, not an hour later.
It's a wild shift in personality. Bakugou is a dominant force of nature in bed and this sweet cat lover out of it. And Talon, who would rather eat his own paw than be pet by strangers, damn near follows him out the door. If they're making out on the couch, tongues tasting one another and hands wandering over whatever bare skin is accessible, Talon will come hopping up onto Bakugou's lap and settle in between them. It earns a chuckle from Bakugou as they are forced to break apart. Eijirou glares. He has to lock the cat in the bathroom, or they have to migrate to the bedroom with the door shut.
Eijirou is balls deep inside of Bakugou, fingers wound in soft, blond hair. He grunts as he holds onto one perfectly sculpted hip. He's close. Bakugou is moaning beneath him, knees shaking and cock throbbing as he cums on the bed—and Talon… Talon is scratching on the bedroom door meowing like the apartment is on fire. It distracts Eijirou to the point that it almost, almost ruins his orgasm. He powers through because he's a fucking champ, but the clench in his balls makes him garble a pathetic whimper of a moan as he deflates and collapses on top of Bakugou.
Bakugou laughs at him. "What the fuck was that sound?" he teases.
Eijirou pouts. "Don't make fun of me."
Bakugou gives him another searing kiss goodbye and Talon mewls at him. He opens the door to leave and the cat damn near runs out. "What'chya doing?" he asks the cat, scooping him up in his arms and nuzzling his face into a face full of fur. "You wanna come home with me?" Talon meows and Eijirou swears it sounds like a yes. Bakugou hands him to Eijirou and Talon hisses and squirms, trying to jump down. Bakugou, bemused, smirks at Eijirou. Eijirou pouts harder.
But with every teasing grin and knowing smirk, Eijirou feels his heart flutter in his chest and his cheeks hurt from smiling. He's flushed from his ears down to his toes. Shit, he thinks. Is he falling for Bakugou? "You clearly love him," he grumbles to Talon who is already running off to another room in the apartment.

My fuckbuddy is kind to my cat and my cat likes him. I'm starting to have feelings for him because of that.
every time he comes to my place he'd greet my cat first, crouch down like "heyyyy buddy how is it going?" and scratch his little face. Then after a little while he'd just stand up and kiss me hard and straight to the business. Like, he's dominant in bed but kinda cute around my cat. And my cat loves him for some reason. My cat doesn't take kindly to strangers but he would jump on to his lap when we were making out. And when he was about to leave my cat wouldn't stop following him and meowing at him. It was a bit embarrassing. My cat was screaming at him one time when he was leaving. He laughed and said "hey what do you want? Wanna come with?" My cat doesn't even treat me this nicely. I feel I'm starting to really like him because my stupid cat likes him so much.
Eijirou isn't sure why he decided to go to Reddit of all places, but he's squealing into his pillow and rolling around in his bed like a teenage girl with a crush rather than an adult man with a casual sex partner. He exhales, feels his cheeks heat up, then glances down at his phone. It only takes a couple of minutes for a slew of comments to appear. Some people make crude jokes about his cat that he rolls his eyes at and downvotes. Others leave sweet comments of encouragement.
u/gopissguuuuurl
They say animals are a good judge of character. If you're cat likes him so much, maybe you should roll with it.
u/blast1nurh0le
So are you gonna tell him?
u/m0untkirish1ma OP
@u/blast1nurh0le I think I want to but I'm also nervous. Like it's the best sex I've ever had and if he doesn't want something serious idk what I'm gonna do because I'm pretty sure he's ruined me for other men.
u/invisi_glo3e
@u/m0untkirish1ma damn OP. I need a man like that. You wanna share his contact info?
No. No, Eijirou does not want to share Bakugou's contact info with some strangers on the internet. He is rapidly becoming very possessive over this man and wants to keep him to himself. Though, that also means having to fight his cat for him, apparently. He glares at Talon who makes himself comfortable on one of Eijirou's pillows.
Eijirou decides to text Bakugou. They don't usually talk a lot. It's mostly just booty call messages asking if the other person is available to hook up. He wonders if it would be weird to just text. Is casual conversation between fuck buddies appropriate? Eijirou taps on his screen, deletes what he writes, types again, then deletes again. He's acutely aware of his feelings towards Bakugou and now he's overthinking everything. What if Bakugou just likes his cat? Gods! That would be so embarrassing. Eijirou doesn't want to make a fool of himself.
[Bakugou]: What are you doing?
Eijirou blinks, dumbfounded by the sudden message on his screen.
[Eijirou]: nothing.
[Bakugou]: Why are you typing a novel?
He blinks again. What?
[Eijirou]: idk what you mean
[Bakugou]: I opened my thread to text you and saw you were already in the middle of typing. I kept waiting for you to send whatever it was you were typing.
Busted. What are the odds that Bakugou would be texting him at the exact same time? Eijirou curses. The universe has it out for him. He sucks his bottom lip in between his teeth, chewing on the thin layer of skin as he types back a lie he hopes Bakugou will believe.
[Eijirou]: kept getting distracted
[Eijirou]: was gonna ask what you were up to
[Bakugou]: Miss me already?
Yes. Eijirou's breath catches in his throat. It's only been a few hours since Bakugou left.
[Bakugou]: I can't come back tonight. I have to be up early.
[Eijirou]: not asking you to
Eijirou swallows thickly. Of course Bakugou thinks he's texting for another hook-up. That's all they ever do together. As much as he would love to feel Bakugou's body pressed firmly against his once again, Eijirou isn't thinking about sex. He wants to do something other than that.
[Eijirou]: would you want to hang out tomorrow?
[Bakugou]: Sure. I'll come over tomorrow.
Eijirou's ninety-nine percent sure they are talking about two different things. Bakugou thinks he's asking for him to come over for another lay. Eijirou wants it to be a date. Talon butts his head against the hand Eijirou is using to hold his phone. Somehow, he knows Eijirou is talking to Bakugou. A kernel of jealousy nestles itself in the pit of his stomach and he glares at his cat.
[Eijirou]: could we maybe go to your palce?
Bakugou takes a minute to reply and Eijirou wonders if he said something wrong.
[Bakugou]: Sure. Gonna miss the cat though.
Bakugou sends Eijirou his address and he feels an array of emotions. He's excited that he'll get to go to Bakugou's house for the first time but also annoyed that Bakugou would bring up Talon. Maybe this really is just about sex and a cat for Bakugou. If that's the case, Eijirou will be doomed to a life of celibacy after he gets rejected. There's no way he can continue to keep it casual if Bakugou says he doesn't want more out of the relationship.
He's filled with trepidation over what tomorrow will bring when he finally falls asleep.
Eijirou stands outside Bakugou's apartment door with his hair pulled back into a half-bun wearing his nicest black V-neck and a pair of bootcut denim jeans. It's not a date, not technically, but he is still going to look his best. If he wants this to be a date, and ultimately a more serious relationship, he has to look the part. He runs his hands down the front of his pants, wiping away the sweat, as Bakugou opens the door. He eyes Eijirou, giving him a once over, then steps out of the way to let him into the apartment.
"Hey," Eijirou greets shyly.
Bakugou grunts in reply and fists his hand in the front of Eijirou's shirt, dragging him into the apartment. The door creaks shut as he crowds Eijirou into the hallway wall. Barely a hello and Bakugou's tongue is already down his throat, not that Eijirou is complaining. He melts into the kiss like he does every time, shutting his eyes and feeling the friction of their groins rutting against one another. Eijirou winds his hands behind Bakugou, locking his fingers together at the nape of his neck. He lightly scratches Bakugou's scalp and feels the way he hums, pleased, into the kiss.
They pull apart for air, lips slick with saliva and kiss-swollen. Eijirou flushes and feels heat bloom in his chest as he gazes at Bakugou's dark eyes filled with desire. "That's one way to say hello," he teases, breathless.
Bakugou smirks at him. "You look nice," he admits.
Eijirou has never been more thankful that he put effort into dressing up than in that moment. "Wanted to look good," he confesses.
Bakugou raises a curious brow and nips Eijirou's ear. He brushes his lips against Eijirou's pulse point, sending a shiver down his spine. His cock aches in jeans, begging to be free. "For me?" Bakugou murmurs against his skin.
"Yes." Eijirou croaks.
Bakugou pulls back, looking pleased. He grabs Eijirou by the hand and starts dragging him into the rest of the apartment. It happens so fast he almost forgets to take off his shoes. Eijirou struggles to kick out of them as he's pulled down the hall, stumbling as the second one comes off. Bakugou looks back at him, suppresses a laugh, then leads him to the bedroom.
Okay. So things are going in a slightly different order than what Eijirou had intended, but maybe it's for the best. If this ends up being the last time he gets to have sex with Bakugou, he wants it to end on a positive note. Imagine if he confessed before sex and then was booted out the door without ever getting to shove his face in that ass again! A travesty.
Bakugou makes quick work of their clothing, pressing Eijirou into the mattress and sucking his dick like he needs it to live. Eijirou has never felt so desired before. He balls his hands into the sheets and curls his toes as he feels his climax approach. His head tilts back against the pillow and his back arches off the bed. Bakugou sucks him down to the base, swallowing as Eijirou cums. He's left breathless and pliant, but he doesn't get to rest for long. Bakugou's usual gravelly voice is raspy from having his throat fucked.
"Gonna fuck you so good," he says.
Eijirou gasps and moans as a slicked-up finger permeates his hole. Bakugou stretches him with the grace of an angel and the desire of a devil. He's a god among men and Eijirou is not worthy of his presence. If allowed, he will erect altars in Bakugou's name and write stories of his endeavors, like an ancient hero.
"You're making a face," Bakugou teases.
Eijirou props himself up on his elbows, meets Bakugou's heady gaze, and shakes his head. "Just thinking how great you are."
"Oh yeah?"
Eijirou hums.
"Am I great when I do this?" He curls his fingers and Eijirou gasps, tossing his head back as Bakugou strokes his prostate.
"Fuck," he groans.
"You like that?"
"So much," admits Eijirou. He would like it more if they could do this forever.
When they finish, they curl together on Bakugou's mattress, basking in the afterglow. Eijirou feels sleepy but he knows he needs to make his confession known. He should probably prepare to leave. Bakugou is trailing his fingers up and down the length of Eijirou's arm, humming to himself with his chin locked on Eijirou's shoulder.
"Bummed I didn't get to see your shitty cat," he confesses.
Eijirou snorts, then curses Talon in his head. "I'm sure he's gonna be pissed at me when I get home."
"We'll have to do this at your place next time."
Eijirou's heart stutters in his chest and he swallows thickly. "About that…" He rolls over on the bed so that they're facing each other now. Bakugou looks ethereal in the glow of the setting sun. "I was wondering—You see…" Bakugou pinches his brows together but remains silent, waiting for Eijirou to say what's on his mind. He draws in a breath, counts to three, then lets it out. "I was hoping we could be official. I'm not seeing anyone else, and I really like you."
It's hard to read Bakugou's face. He keeps his emotions masked behind insults and curse words. A quiet chuckle escapes him and then he's shaking his head, amused. "You look so serious," he teases again. Bakugou punches Eijirou lightly on the shoulder and flops on his back. "Damn. I was thinking you were gonna say you didn't want to get together anymore or something." He props his elbow on the bed and rests his chin in his hand. Eijirou waits for Bakugou to finish but he's wound tighter than a spring. "Yeah," breathes Bakugou. "I'd like that."
"Really?" asks Eijirou.
Bakugou nods slowly. "Yeah," he repeats.
Eijirou wants to whoop and holler but then he remembers how quick Bakugou was to confess he missed Talon. "You're not just saying that for my cat, right?"
"Maybe." Bakugou muses. Eijirou scowls. Bakugou flicks him on forehead.
"Ow."
"I'm just kidding, dumbass. I like your cat, but I like you more." Somehow, that's the most perfect thing Eijirou has ever heard. He never thought he'd have to compete with his cat for affection but now that he has it, he never wants to let Bakugou go.
They stay like that, curled into one another on the bed, until Eijirou's stomach loudly growls. Bakugou offers to cook dinner and they both get dressed. He gets that date after all. Bakugou cooks, they eat together on the couch, watching a movie. Eijirou kneels on the floor halfway through the movie to suck Bakugou off like Bakugou had done to him earlier in the evening, and then Bakugou offers to let him stay the night. Eijirou's glad he had the foresight to put out enough food to get Talon through the night. His cat will survive one evening without him. Though Eijirou can't help but wonder how long Bakugou will last without Talon. There are a surprising number of cat pictures on his phone—Eijirou's cat.
Eijirou checks his reflection in the mirror one last time before stepping outside. Flowers? Check. Clothes? Check. Hair? Check. Spicy yakitori? Check. He crosses the street, carrying the flowers at his side in his left hand and holding the container of chicken horizontally in his right. With each step, his stomach twists and churns, adrenaline and fear war over his emotions. This is it. After ten years of friendship, he's finally worked up the nerve to ask his best friend out. Screw ruining their relationship and all the other uncertainties that come with it. This is Bakugou. If he really hated the idea, he would tell Eijirou outright and that would be the end of it—the romantic feelings, not their friendship.
He breathes in through his nostrils, feeling confidence swell in his chest with the breath he inhales. It's going to be fine. He's going to give Bakugou the flowers first, then the chicken… Or should he give the chicken first and then the flowers? Shit. He should have planned that out better. He's almost to the Dynamight agency and there isn't enough time to find another gift. Eijirou's hands tremble with uncertainty but it's okay. He'll be fine. Bakugou will like his gifts and Eijirou will confess how he feels and then they'll kiss and—
He gets lost in the daydream, distracted by images of Bakugou's lips on his, so when he looks up to see a wide-eyed Bakugou standing outside of his agency, Eijirou smiles. He doesn't hear the horn until it's too late, doesn't harden his skin to brace for impact. Even if he had, he might have survived but the driver wouldn't have. Flower petals rain down on him like cherry blossoms in the spring. He hears Bakugou scream and shout and then there's feet in front of him and sirens blaring in the distance.
"Jesus!"
"What?"
"How many times do we have to watch this?"
Lips pout into a frown. "Until they get it right. Honestly, I didn't think it would be this hard for one of them to confess their feelings to the other. I don't enjoy watching them die over and over again."
"Do they die every time?"
"No. Sometimes they end up in a hospital. A hospital confession even would be fine but no one is ever in speaking condition."
"Do they have to confess?"
"Yes. We've been over this. The stupid time loop won't end until one of them confesses their feelings because that's what Red Riot desires. This is what I get for trying to cheer him on… how long ago was that?"
"We're on day 132."
"Jesus Christ! How can it be so hard for two people to confess their feelings? Will you just put me to sleep so that we can move onto attempt 133? I have never hated my quirk so much before."
"What could possible go wrong with a do over quirk?" Sarcasm. He's being a sarcastic asshole. Nobody asked him to help but since he did, he's stuck outside of the time loop. Purple eyes glow and then everything fades to black as sleep takes over.
When the morning sunlight hits, it's with a hefty sigh that Ami drags herself out of bed for the one hundred and thirty-third time to try and get Red Riot and Dynamight together. No flowers today. They need to check the crosswalk for oncoming traffic. Dynamight needs to go outside sooner. They're going to get this right, dammit. The longest she's ever been stuck in a time loop was a matter of days, a week tops. Red Riot, you are officially no longer my favorite hero. She groans and hurries out of the apartment towards his place.
"The National Weather Service has issued an alert for the following areas…"
Katsuki shoves the last of his things into his duffel bag and slings it over his shoulder. They've issued an evacuation of the greater Kanto area in preparations for the impending hurricane. Heavy flooding is expected to hit Tokyo. Katsuki isn't on evacuation duty, so he's being sent to a hotel just outside the evacuation area. All pro heroes are to be on standby in case they are needed to assist in emergency relief efforts. Katsuki loads his bag in the car and heads to the designated hotel just outside the evacuation zone. The rain is pounding on the windshield the entire way and he has to go slow or he risks running right off the road. What should have been a twenty minute drive took almost an hour between the weather and traffic.
The parking lot is filled to the brim when Katsuki pulls up. It takes him several minutes to find a vacant space and then he's soaked to the bone from the downpour by the time he crosses the lot and gets inside the hotel. The reception is noisy with so many people seeking refuge. He shuffles his way to the front desk, nudging some other guests out of the way in his approach. "Bakugou!" he hears, and spins on his heel to see an equally drenched Kirishima entering the hotel after him.
Katsuki grunts in reply, then turns back to the desk, waiting for the receptionist to free up and help him. Kirishima sidles up next to him, dropping his wet bag on the ground with a splat.
"Hey," he says, poking Katsuki in the shoulder. "The commission sent you to this hotel too?"
"Mhm," says Katsuki, keeping his eyes trained on the woman across the counter. He resists the urge to snap at her to hurry up. It's obvious she's overwhelmed, but he's soaked and wants to get out of his wet clothes. When she finally approaches him, it's with an apologetic greeting and frazzled look in her eyes. "It's whatever," he says. "Bakugou Katsuki. I should have a room under the HPSC."
She looks up at him, then back down at the computer. "I'm sorry Mr. Bakugou, it says here you're not supposed to check in until tomorrow."
"The fuck?" he barks. "The city is evacuating tonight."
"I know. I'm sorry, but you're marked down for tomorrow and we're all booked up tonight."
"What about me?" asks Kirishima. "Kirishima Eijirou. My room would also be under the HPSC."
The receptionist checks the computer and nods. "I have you in a single queen," she says.
Kirishima grabs Katsuki by the shoulder and gives him a tug. "You can stay with me in my room."
"You got any cots?" asks Katsuki.
The receptionist shakes her head. "No, I'm sorry. They've all been rented."
"Fucking figures."
"It'll be fine," says Kirishima. "It'll be like high school all over again." He hands his ID and his credit card over to the receptionist, who works quickly to get Kirishima checked in. She gives him his cards back, along with two room keys.
"The elevator is around the corner and your room will be down the hall to the left," she says. Katsuki rolls his eyes, as if leaving his home in the middle of a storm wasn't bad enough.
"This is gonna be so much fun!" Kirishima cheers, linking arms with Katsuki after they pick up their bags and begin to head to the elevator.
Katsuki pushes Kirishima off him. "It's not a goddamn field trip."
"I know," says Kirishima, "but when's the last time we did something like this? You and me, alone in a bed together?"
Katsuki splutters at the implication and threatens to set off an explosion. He'll take the whole damn hotel down if tempted. "Don't make it fucking weird," he says.
Kirishima smirks knowingly and presses the button for the second floor. Odds are one or both of them will get called out in the middle of the night, so it's not like they'll be sharing a bed for very long. Katsuki claims the bathroom when they arrive at the room, stripping out of his wet clothes and grabbing a towel to dry himself off. He picks up the blow dryer that's attached to the wall and goes about drying his hair as well. His mood improves exponentially once he's in his warm sweat clothes and his hair is dry.
When Katsuki steps out of the bathroom, he finds Kirishima shirtless in a pair of basketball shorts, lounging on the bed. "I got ice!" he says, and shakes a plastic cup filled with iced water.
"Cool," says Katsuki. He hangs his clothes up to dry and moves to sit beside Kirishima on the bed. The TV is playing, though Kirishima doesn't appear very interested in whatever it is he has on. "Anything good?" he asks.
Kirishima shakes his head. "No. The kitchen's still open if we want to order food," he suggests.
Katsuki nods his head. "I could eat. Fucking tired after all that rain."
"Eat and then sleep." Kirishima agrees.
It's grounding, being alone in a hotel room with Kirishima while the rest of the world is drowned out by the low hum of the television and the rain battering the windows. Warmth radiates between them and when their knees touch, neither one pulls away. They only break apart when there's a knock on the door to announce that room service has arrived with their dinners. They eat on the bed with their shoulders touching. Katsuki has udon. Kirishima has chicken tempura.
And when they finally tuck in for bed, they're facing away from one another, but when Katsuki wakes up the following morning, they've both migrated to the middle of the bed, limbs tangled and breaths mingling. He keeps his head tucked against Kirishima's chest, feels the vibration of his breaths and the steady rhythm of his heartbeat. The phone rings and Katsuki curses the interruption. It's the front desk calling to say his room is ready if he would like to check in. One glance at Kirishima's peaceful face tells him everything he needs to know, and he informs reception to cancel his room and give it to someone else. He'll stay here, where he belongs.
The silicone is soft and smooth with the right amount of elasticity. If Katsuki didn't know any better, he'd think it was a real person on his bed, but the faceless head is all the reminder he needs. It has a mouth, but no eyes or nose, no identifying traits. The thing is just meant to be a hole, after all—two holes and a clasp on the front to attach various sized dildos where the dick would normally be. Dildos sold separately, of course. Even sex toy companies are out to fuck a person of their every dollar.
Katsuki further inspects the doll, unsure of whether he wants to fuck it or ride it. Buying the thing was a moment of weakness stemming from loneliness and too much vodka. The site was shady with too many porn popup ads to the point that Katsuki is pretty sure he needs to take his computer to a doctor to be tested for STDs. There's definitely a virus.
There's a warning in the instruction manual, something about not cumming inside the doll. Katsuki rolls his eyes at it. Who makes a giant fleshlight that you're not supposed to cum in? He assumes it's some sort of disclaimer to increase the longevity of the doll. Proper cleaning should be more than enough and Katsuki is nothing if not cleanly.
Katsuki opts to fuck the doll. He's too pent up and tired to take the time to stretch himself in order to ride it. He flips it onto its stomach and bends the knees forward so that it's in a downward dog position, and strips out of his pants. With the bottle of lube in hand, he strokes himself until he's fully erect and draws in a breath. The whole thing is fucking weird, but his doors are locked and his blinds are closed so no one can see him in the dim light of his room.
The tip of his dick kisses the hole on the doll. There's no resistance as he pushes inside the velvety, silicone passageway. There are no muscles clenching down on his cock, trying to push him out or suck him in deeper. It's just there, silky smooth on his dick. He grabs the doll by the hips, snapping his own forward. He knees dig into the bed as he thrusts in and out of the toy. The only sound comes from his grunts and the schlick glide of his lubed up cock inside the doll's ass. He works quickly, chasing his orgasm with record speed. Katsuki has never been one to take his time with masturbation. It's not the same as having sex with another person, so he works to finish as fast as possible.
His body tenses and he digs his nails into the hips of the doll, pressing the ass flush against his pelvis. A garbled moan escapes his lips as he buries himself inside the doll's body, releasing his spend into the artificial orifice. With heavy breaths, he leans back, resting his ass on his heels. He tips his head to the ceiling and shuts his eyes, letting shaky hands fall to his sides. He still has his dick inside the thing when he feels a strange pressure around it, then a wiggle, then a shift of weight on the bed. Katsuki's eyes snap open to see a head of red hair in front of him and a curious face peering back at him from over a turned shoulder.
"The fuck?" he startles, falling unceremoniously off the bed. The doll is gone, replaced by some hot redhead moving to sit up on the bed. "Who the fuck are you?" asks Katsuki, pointing at the man before him.
The guy looks down at his body then over to Katsuki on the floor. "Uh…" He blinks in thought, trails his red eyes across the room, then lands on something behind Katsuki. "That's me," he says, pointing to the picture of the faceless doll on the box that Katsuki's sex doll came in.
"The fuck it is. Where did that doll go? How did you get in here?"
"I'm right here," says the redhead. He points to himself. "You came inside me and brought me to life. Wait—" his eyes fall on Katsuki's groin, then his own, and frowns. "How come I don't have a dick?"
"What?"
The redhead stands. "I'm all smooth. See?" He points to his crotch where there is a significant lack of genitals. "I'm supposed to have a dick when I come to life. Or…" He bends down, spreads his legs, and inspects between his thighs. "Nope… No pussy either… This is weird… Did you not attach a dildo before you came inside me?"
Katsuki is a man of science, so logically speaking, he must be having a stroke right now. It's the only thing that explains the hallucination he's having over the supposed doll-turned-man standing before him. The guy inspects the box and sees the various dildo attachments Katsuki neglected to put on the doll, and he frowns. "Man," he says, muttering to himself. "I don't want to get turned back into a doll, but I also don't wanna be dickless…"
"The fuck are you talking about?" Katsuki asks, failing to recover his sense of reason. He pulls himself to his feet and reaches for his sweatpants.
"You came in me, so you brought me to life. You're not supposed to cum in us if you don't want to bring us to life. It says so on the packaging." He points to the instruction manual that Katsuki chose not to read. "But if you cum in us when we're already alive, then we turn back into a doll. It's the only way to swap out the attachments. You didn't give me a dick, so now you have to cum in me again to turn me back into a doll and put one of the dildos on me so that I can have a penis like you."
The guy points to Katsuki's wilted erection. There's no fucking way he's fucking this stranger, even if he is super hot. Plus! He needs time. He just had an orgasm, and now the guy wants him to do it again? He's not a machine. "No," says Katsuki.
"C'mon!" the stranger pleads. "You can't keep me like this. How am I supposed to do my job and make you feel good if you don't give me a dick?" He studies Katsuki and then his red eyes sparkle with an idea. "I know!" The guy grabs Katsuki by the elbow with surprising strength and drags him back to the bed. He forces Katsuki to sit down on the edge of the bed and then wedges himself between Katsuki's knees.
"The fuck are you doing?" Katsuki spits, startled by the sudden forwardness.
"I'm gonna suck you off. Then I'll turn back into a doll after I swallow so that you can give me a dick."
Not that Katsuki believes the guy but he asks, "What's to stop me from leaving you as a doll after you turn back?"
The guy wets his lips, but Katsuki can see the hint of fear in his eyes. "Nothing," he says, then hooks his finger around the waistband of Katsuki's sweatpants and pulls them down to reveal his flaccid dick.
Katsuki should stop this. There's a stranger in his apartment that grabs him by the cock and starts stroking with intense curiosity and focus. And fuck him, but he's not one to pass up on a free blowjob. The guy parts his lips and wraps them around the head of Katsuki's dick, sucking tentatively on the oversensitive tip. Katsuki lets out a groan and tosses his head back. It feels good, so fucking good. He finds himself coiling his fingers in soft, red locks, holding the guy's head in place. He doesn't even know his name!
"N-name," he chokes out.
The guy pulls back and looks up at Katsuki with flushed cheeks. "I'm model number E1-J-1R-0U."
The flutter in Katsuki's chest makes it hard to breath. He swallows thickly and says, "Eijirou. I'll call you Eijirou." It's a hell of a lot easier than E1-J-1R-0U. With a satisfied smile, Eijirou goes back to the task at hand, sucking and licking Katsuki's cock like a starved man at a buffet. He hollows his cheeks, takes Katsuki down to the base, and it's shameless how fast he comes from the blowjob after having already orgasmed once.
True to his word, Eijirou swallows, and then all Katsuki sees is a silicone doll knelt before him with a rubber mouth wrapped around his dick. Katsuki carefully extracts himself from the doll. He should throw it in the trash and never look back, but he had the goddamn audacity to name the thing! There's no way he can cum a third time, especially not with the newfound knowledge of what happens when he does. He dresses himself and repositions the doll so that it's sitting on the bed.
Katsuki eyes the box of dildos. Is he seriously going to go through with this? He figures it'll take him at least an hour before he can go again. Eijirou was hot and cute and apparently dedicated to Katsuki's pleasure. He's never had someone that cared about his pleasure, only their own. As long as he refrains from cumming in Eijirou, then he won't have to worry about dealing with this mess in the future. Which means pulling out before he cums or being the one on the receiving end. In that case…
He reaches for the largest of the dildos. Katsuki knows for a fact that his own dick is above average, which is what pushes him to take even bigger dicks. The dildo in his hand is fat as fuck, girthy with sculpted veins and longer than his own erect cock. He slides it into the clasp on the doll, on Eijirou, and pulls out some clothes for the guy. He can't be naked all the time, much to Katsuki's chagrin.
He makes himself a meal to get his stamina back up, and when the hour passes, he lubes up his cock once more to fuck the doll back to life. Part of him thinks it won't work. That he truly made it all up, but when he finally releases his spend into the doll's silicone body, Eijirou blinks to life beneath him. He smiles up at Katsuki and breathes, "I knew you would do it."
Katsuki pulls out and blushes, then reaches for the clothes and tosses them at Eijirou's face. "Yeah, yeah," he says, not wanting to admit the truth. "Get dressed."
Eijirou sits up but before he even considers putting on clothes, he looks down at his crotch again and his eyes widen in excitement. "It's so big!" he cheers. "I wanna use it right now!"
Katsuki spins on his heel, reeling. "No fucking way! Three orgasms is already too many. There's no way you're fucking me with that thing tonight!"
Eijirou pouts but concedes. "Fine. Tomorrow then."

Katsuki stands in the middle of the ring, chest heaving, legs shaking. The audience erupts in cheers and screams of horror, it's deafening the way their feet thunder against the stone and their hands clap, but Katsuki can't hear any of it. It's all white noise compared to the war drum of his beating heart. Blood pounds in his ears and he tastes it on his tongue. Adrenaline courses through his veins, making him numb to the pain he feels.
Red clouds his vision. Blood trickles down his face, it's pooled on the ground at his feet. He sees it every single day, but until now, he never realized just how much blood was contained within the confines of a single human body. Not until all he could see was the blood that stains his sandals, and the entrails that follow. Hot breath fans onto his cheeks as he hyperventilates, but he has to hold steady. As long as he's standing in the ring of the colosseum, he can't waver. His hands tremble, even as one of the officiants comes to raise Katsuki's hand in the air to declare his victory. It's a hollow victory, one built on sacrifice, and it does nothing to satiate his competitive desire to win at all things.
"It's a kill night," they were told that morning. A kill night means the king will not be satisfied with a competitor surrendering or being rendered incapacitated. Two people step into the ring. Only one comes out. Katsuki wasn't worried. He always wins. The same goes for Eijirou. They've been cellmates for years. They've developed a kinship in their mutual desire for strength. They developed something more—something unspeakable—in their mutual desire for each other. Passionate kisses shared between grime covered bodies, tender touches in the bathhouse on the rare days they're allowed to wash up. Being a gladiator is presented as a glorious thing. It's not. Most that fight in the colosseum are criminals being punished. On the rare occasion, it's people like Katsuki and Eijirou who are trying to prove themselves, to enrich their lives.
Together, they've been the best of the best for years, though they have little to show for it. They live as the others do. The king holds their money, if it even exists, only to pay them when they are finally relieved of their duty, if they are relieved. It's not all that surprising when it's announced they will be fighting each other as the headliners of the day. It's been a long time in the making. They've fought each other before, but apparently, it wasn't enough. It never is. When you can comfortably sit back and watch others without having to get your hands dirty, the life of another person means nothing.
To Katsuki, it means everything. They agreed they wouldn't hold back. They couldn't hold back. One of them dies or both of them die. Knowing the truth doesn't make it hurt any less. Their time together was always fleeting. Every time they stepped into the colosseum, it had the potential to be their last. And now it is. They both got good shots in on one another. Katsuki's arm is bleeding profusely, he feels the way the warm blood trickles down and drips off of his fingertips, mixing with the pool at his feet. But Eijirou faltered, and in that slipup, Katsuki had no choice but to plunge his spear into his lovers abdomen, then wrench it free, spilling his insides and snuffing out his life.
The look he gave Katsuki as he fell to the ground will haunt his dreams forever more. Eijirou clung to his stomach, trying to keep everything within but it was fruitless. Katsuki wished to drop to his own knees, cradle Eijirou in his arms and whisper words of apology in his ear. He didn't want to treat his death like any other competitor he faced, but if he did, he would be dead too. Self-preservation is a damning thing. He's alive, but at what cost? Katsuki wishes he was the one lying lifelessly on the ground. It would hurt a lot less than the ache in his chest at present. An ache that will only grow when he returns to his empty cell that smells of Eijirou but contains no remnants of him.
A life was lost and the crowd cheers. A life was lost and the king claps. A life was lost and the officiant praises Katsuki for his valiant efforts. A life was lost and one still remains, though Katsuki will never feel alive again.
Katsuki is in the middle of supervising the aquatic recreational activities (not the kinky piss shit the annoying teenagers keep making jokes about) when an annoying fly starts buzzing in his ear. He's standing on the dock in his blue camp counselor t-shirt and black swim trunks when he hears the footsteps on the dock. He looks up to see Camie in all her blonde glory approach sashaying her hips as she walks down the dock in shoes that are not appropriate for a summer camp. The wedges sparkle in the summer sun from the fake ass rhinestones that adorn them. Camie's wearing booty shorts that Katsuki is pretty sure she's already been reprimanded for. Her counselor t-shirt has been rolled up and tied to reveal her midriff and when she lifts her sunglasses, she pushes them to the top of her head, tucking her hair out of her face.
"The fuck do you want?" he asks.
Camie pops her glossed lips and bats her long dark eyelashes at him. The boys in the water oggle her and she pays them no mind. "I saw what you were doing last night with that new counselor."
"Not sure what counselor you're talking about." Katsuki lies, as if he hasn't spent all of his free time with Kirishima. Not by choice, mind you. The guy latched onto Katsuki and decided to follow him around everywhere since he is a senior counselor. He's been coming to this summer camp since he was in middle school.
"Sure, sure." Camie brushes off his lie. "I'm just sayin', it wasn't very bible boy of you."
"Good thing this isn't a fucking church camp."
Camie laughs. "You could still leave room for Jesus if you're gonna get busy behind the arts and crafts building. Some of us have to use that space during the day."
Katsuki's face flushes and he blames it on the summer sun. "Unless you're here to tell me you're taking over on lifeguard duties, then buzz off."
"And risk getting my hair wet? As if!" She turns to walk away and Katsuki kneels, scooping his hand into the water and flinging a splash at her backside. Camie spins to glare at him for getting her wet, then continues her parade down the dock.
"Hey!" Katsuki shouts at some kids. "No roughhousing on the pontoon!" Two teenage boys are shoving each other on the large floating barge with the water slide in the middle of the lake. He blows his whistle at them to break it up and they reluctantly pull apart.
Kirishima finds Katsuki at dinner. The counselors have their own long table separate from the campers and Kirishima sidles up next to Katsuki at the table. Their shoulders brush and the heat that radiates off of Kirishima's body makes Katsuki combust. He pulls away blushing and shoves his dinner in his mouth instead of greeting him.
"I was thinking after lights out tonight…" Kirishima drones on but Katsuki isn't listening, too distracted by his conversation with Camie earlier that afternoon. If she had seen them, who knows who else did. Katsuki swallows the food and puts his hand on Kirishima's bicep.
"Stop," he says, low enough that only Kirishima can hear him. Kirishima raises a questioning brow. "We got caught last night."
"Oh…"
"Yeah," says Katsuki. His heart beats loudly in his chest and he catches Camie's eye from further down the table. She's smirking at Katsuki's hand on Kirishima's arm. He drops it and continues. "It was just Camie, and she won't say anything, but we can't keep doing this. It's too risky."
"Oh…" repeats Kirishima, looking dejected. "Look, I'm sorry, I didn't—"
"That's why we should go to the boathouse instead. It's private and the door locks."
Kirishima blinks, brain rebooting, then his cheeks flush pink as he says, "Oh."
"Is that all you know how to fucking say?" Katsuki teases.
"N-no. I just thought…"
"I know what you thought." Katsuki supplies. "But there's nothing that explicitly says counselors can't date."
Kirishima blinks again, this time looking confused. "We're dating?" he asks.
Now it's Katsuki's turn to be embarrassed and confused. His cheeks burn like coals and he has to keep himself from shouting in disbelief. "I don't just—Yes!" he says. "I mean… I'm not really into the whole fuck buddies or friends with benefits thing. If you don't want too…"
"I do!" Kirishima chirps. "Yes! Absolutely." He fist pumps in the air and turns the heads of not only other counselors but several campers as well.
Katsuki stuffs a spoonful of mashed potatoes in his mouth to hide his embarrassment, swallows, then asks, "So the boathouse?"
Katsuki glances at the time on the wall then double checks his appearance in the mirror. It's an important night but not the most important. That day is still two days away. He dresses up though—black dress pants, a white button-down, no tie, collar unbuttoned, a little bit of product in his hair to help smooth it out so that it's not so unruly. A gold chain bracelet hangs off his wrist, and there's a band on his ring finger, a promise of the future to come. However, something doesn't feel quite right. He can't place the strange sense of dread bubbling up his body from down at the tip of his toes. He watches as Golden Hour slips away and the shades of red and orange turn purple and blue. The bruised skyline twists into night, and something about it all feels familiar. The déjà vu is there nagging at his every thought. From the moment he woke up this morning, the cloying fingers of a forgotten memory have tugged on his being, threatening to drag him down.
"Are you ready to go?" asks Eijirou, stepping out of the bathroom into the bedroom. He looks just as handsome, maybe more so. His hair is free of gel, tied back into a half bun. His red locks look soft and Katsuki would rather spend hours carding his fingers through them than go to their bachelor part. Eijirou has on a red dress shirt and black pants, with a matching golden bracelet and engagement ring.
"Yeah," says Katsuki, stepping away from the mirror.
"I'm still so shocked you wanted to have a joint party."
"Didn't see a reason not to. The only person I want to celebrate getting married with is you, and the extras would complain about having to choose who to celebrate with."
Eijirou swoons, presses the back of his hand to his forehead and everything. "You're so romantic." He kisses Katsuki's cheek and Katsuki frowns. "Something wrong?"
Katsuki shakes his head. "Just keep feeling like I'm forgetting something."
"Wallet? Keys?"
"Not something so trivial. I dunno." He lets it go. His phone beeps, letting him know the cab they ordered is parked outside. Neither of them are stupid enough to believe they'll be able to drive home on their own when the night ends.
It's when they're halfway to the bar with the cordoned off VIP section that Kaminari reserved for their party that he realizes what he's forgetting. "I've done this before," he breathes.
"What?" asks Eijirou, rightfully confused.
Katsuki looks out the darkened window to the streets of Tokyo as their driver navigates the streets with ease. "I thought it was a dream. Back in first year, just before I got kidnapped, I had this really weird dream, or at least I thought it was a dream. I assumed it was a dream. It was the only logical answer at the time. Some sort of weird gay awakening type shit."
"Babe, you're scaring me." Eijirou takes Katsuki's hand and draws his attention back. Katsuki blinks, taking in Eijirou's face and the lights that glow like little orbs in the night sky.
"Stop the car," he says suddenly to the driver.
"What?" the driver and Eijirou parrot at the same time.
"Stop the car!" he repeats. The driver pulls up to the curb and Katsuki gets out in a hurry. He hears Eijirou to tell the driver to wait for them.
"Katsuki? What's going on?"
Katsuki freezes. In front of them, roughly ten meters away, stands a very confused looking blond teenager with wild eyes and sleep clothes. "Oi!" Katsuki calls out and the kid turns, staring back at him with matching red eyes.
Eijirou comes to a halt beside Katsuki, inhaling sharply. "No way," he breathes.
"Hey! Kid!"
"The fuck do you want, old man?" barks an angry teenage Katsuki.
"Come here." Katsuki demands.
"Hell no!" says his younger counterpart. His hands crackle and pop. Katsuki rolls his eyes. Was he always so quick to resort to violence? Katsuki makes his own hand crackle and pop and that makes the kid falter. "The fuck?" he says, confused. Then the kid looks at him, really looks at him, and he stumbles back so that he falls on his ass. "The fuck?" he repeats with even more confusion in his voice.
"Come here." Katsuki coaxes softer, approaching his teenage self. "Katsuki," he says, holding out a hand for his younger self.
Teen Katsuki hesitates, unsure of whether or not it's safe to take it. "How do you know my name? Why do you look like me but also like the old man?"
Katsuki rolls his eyes. "Probably because my current age is a lot closer to the old man's age in your timeline."
"Katsuki?" Eijirou asks, probably even more confused than his younger self.
Teen Katsuki furrows his brows and squints up at Eijirou. Katsuki recognizes the exact moment realization hits him and he says, "Shitty Hair?"
Eijirou chuckles to himself, laughing good-naturedly. "Wow, it's been a long time since you've called me that." He looks at Katsuki fondly as he says it. "Why don't we get back in the car and you can explain what's going on, yeah?"
"Yeah," agrees Katsuki.
"I'm not going anywhere with the two of you!" his young self argues.
The cab driver honks his horn, clearly tired of waiting, not that it should matter, it just raises the cost of their fare so that he gets paid more. Katsuki sighs. He has to say something to get his young self off the street so that they can move on with the night. "Look," he says, "I don't know how it happened back then and I don't know how it's happening now, but you're in the future. I know this, because I was you over a decade ago."
"You were?" asks Eijirou.
"It's what I was trying to tell you in the car. I thought it was a dream when I was a kid and then everything happened with me getting kidnapped and I just forgot about it."
"Kidnapped?" asks teen Katsuki.
Katsuki shakes his head. "All right, up we go." When he young self makes no move to get up, rooted to the cement block of the sidewalk, Katsuki leans down and tosses him over his shoulder like a bag of dog food.
"Hey!" he shouts. His hand crackles and Katsuki smacks him upside the head.
"Ruin my clothes and I'll tell your entire class about the time you fell in the river." It's a bluff but it works. Katsuki has no way of communicating with the past outside of this young version of himself. They get in the car with teen Katsuki sandwiched between them in the middle seat. He sits dead still, shoulders taut, and hands balled into fists on his lap. The driver glances at them from the rearview mirror, no doubt wondering if he should report a kidnapping. "You can keep driving to our destination now," he says to the driver.
The driver nods wordlessly and pulls back onto the road.
"Are you sure?" asks Eijirou.
"Yeah," says Katsuki. "It's where we went when this happened last time."
"You really expect me to believe this is some time travel bullshit and not that you're some shitty shapeshifter or some shit?"
Katsuki looks down on his younger self with a shake of his head. "Is time travel that hard to believe when you just mentioned shapeshifters?" He knows he has his younger self beat when he watches him squirm in the seat, stewing.
"How did you end up out there?" asks Eijirou.
Teen Katsuki looks up at him and blinks. Katsuki watches the faint shade of pink that dusts along his upper cheek bones as he takes in the sight of Katsuki's fiance. "I—uh—" he stammers. "I don't know. One minute I was laying in bed, the next I was on the street."
"That's why I thought it was a dream," supplies Katsuki. "I was in bed when I was suddenly thrust into the future and then I woke up in bed again the next day as if I never left."
The driver pulls up to the club and they can hear the music spilling out from inside already. Eijirou pays the driver and they shuffle out of the car. "Now what?" he asks. "We can't exactly bring little Katsuki with us." He ruffles the kid's hair affectionately and Katsuki smirks.
"Just keep your head down," says Katsuki. He slings his arm over his younger self so that it's half draping over his head and half hanging off his shoulder. Eijirou steps in closer so that they've got him boxed in between them, with Eijirou mostly shielding young Katsuki with his large frame. The bouncer sees them and nods them into the building without stopping to check IDs.
Inside, the lights are dim with colorful strobes bouncing every which way. It's loud, too loud to have a proper conversation, and the hostess leads them up a staircase to a private room. She opens the door to a much quieter space. The house music filters in through speakers in the upper corners of the room but the volume is turned down low. Several others are already inside drinking flutes of champagne and they cheer when Katsuki and Eijirou walk in. The hostess shuts the door with a reminder to let her know if they need anything. When she leaves, Eijirou steps to the side to reveal their surprise guest of the evening. Several people gasp at once, eyes wide and mouths parted into O's.
"Kacchan?" asks Izuku from where he's standing in the corner next to Todoroki. Katsuki can't help but snort at the way his younger self bristles. He has yet to begin his path to redemption and it shows. Katsuki squeezes his shoulder and thrusts him forward to the wolves.
"We picked up a straggler on the way here," he declares. "Kid accidentally time traveled."
"How can you be sure it's… you?" asks Kaminari.
Katsuki shrugs and reaches for one of the champagne flutes. "Because I remember it happening to me when I was his age."
"And you never said anything?" asks Sero.
"There was kind of a lot going on at the time and I thought it was a dream. Plus, I wasn't all that close with anyone yet." He nudges teen Katsuki forward. "Sit. I'll get you a tea."
"Don't tell me what to do!" he barks back. That earns a round of chuckles from everyone in the room.
"Wow, it feels like first year all over again." Kaminari laughs.
Katsuki moves lazily over to the booth and takes a sip of his champagne. Ashido slaps his shoulder and chastises him for slouching. "Hey! You can't drink that yet!"
"And why the fuck not?"
"We've been waiting for you guys," says Camie, sliding beside Katsuki so that he's sandwiched between the two women. "Now that the men of the hour are here, we can finally toast and start this party!"
His younger self bristles and moves to the corner of the room like a trapped wild animal trying to get smaller so that it can disappear. It proves impossible, considering he's a bit of a spectacle within the VIP room.
"A toast," says Todoroki. "To my best friend Bakugou," teen Katsuki wheezes, flabbergasted. Katsuki doesn't waste the energy correcting Todoroki. He's long past that. "And to Kirishima. May your future together be one of happiness."
"Here, here," everyone cheers, then takes a drink of their champagne.
Katsuki watches from above his champagne flute the way his younger self flusters when Eijirou puts his large, warm hand on his shoulder and ushers him forward. His gaze flicks up and down, unsure of where to look, and damn, can Katsuki relate. He's been in those exact shoes before and as Eijirou grew, it became harder and harder to look away. Eijirou gets him into the booth and flounders between having his hands on the table and resting them on his lap.
Camie leans over and pats him on the head, giggle. "Damn, he's so cute. What happened to you?" she looks at Katsuki. "When did you get so old?"
Katsuki rolls his eyes. "As if you aren't the oldest person at this party."
"Beauty is ageless," she says wistfully.
"Who the fuck is Malibu Barbie?" asks teen Katsuki. He runs his hands through his hair to fix what she 'messed' up.
"Oh he is cute," she teases.
"What even is this party?" He glances around at all the faces present, scowling to see so many classmates crammed into the room.
"Didn't they tell you?" asks Izuku, and teen Katsuki bristles like a startled cat.
"It's an engagement party!" Kaminari declares. "Your engagement party!" He boops little Katsuki on the nose and almost gets his finger bit off.
"The fuck you mean engagement party?"
Katsuki leans forward, flashing the gold band around his ring finger and nods his head at Eijirou who does the same with a satisfied smile.
Teen Katsuki splutters, glancing between their hands at the matching rings then points at the two of them. "Me? And Shitty Hair? Engaged? To be married?"
Katsuki nods slowly and downs the rest of his champagne, then reaches for the bottle to pour more. It's bubble and crisp with just the right amount of sweetness. "Yup." He pops the P. "You won't be a hateful little shit forever and when you finally get things together, you start to realize how great the people around you really are."
"Babe." Eijirou sniffles and there's a round of awes in the room. Katsuki flips the others off. He might appreciate them now, but he still needs them to know they're fucking annoying.
"Babe!" Teen Katsuki repeats, aghast. "This is insane. I've lost my goddamn mind. It's the only logical explanation."
Katsuki shrugs. He's not going to push the matter. He genuinely believed it was a dream back then too. His younger self will be gone soon. He remembers disappearing in the middle of the party, right around the time there was a knock on the door.
Knock, knock.
Ah.
"Everyone say goodbye," says Katsuki.
"What?" they all ask.
Katsuki inclines his head at his younger self. "Take care of yourself, kid." He furrows his brows back at Katsuki and then a warm light envelops him and he's gone from the room as if he was never there.
"Perfect timing!" declares Kaminari. "It would have been awkward if he was still here when our guests arrived." He gets up to head to the door and Katsuki shoots him a scathing glare.
"I swear to fucking god if you ordered strippers when I said no, I will murder you." Kaminari gulps. "Eijirou is the only one I want to see naked."
"Babe."
"Well what am I supposed to do? They're already here?" whines Kaminari.
"Pay the hardworking people for the time you requested and tell them to fuck off. It's not their fault you're an idiot."
That earns Katsuki a round of laughter and he reaches for the champagne bottle. "To Eijirou and I," he says, holding up the bottle.
"Here, here!" they all cheer and toast while Kaminari begrudgingly slinks over to the door.
"Do ya trust me?" asks Tabito, gazing down at Rin who's spread out on the bed. Green eyes stare up at him with a glare that's meant to be threatening but can only be described as 'cute.' Rin just out his bottom lip in a pout and Tabito captures it between his teeth, sucking and nipping at the lip until Rin melts into the kiss and returns it with equal desire.
"Yes," breathes Rin when they finally pull apart. He's reluctant to admit it, but they're not going to get very far unless he does. Rin's drive to be the best and his unwillingness to submit to others means that Tabito has been forced to make all the moves in their relationship, not that he's complaining. He doesn't mind being number two to Mr. Number One. Tabito enjoys seeing what it takes to break down each wall that Rin puts up. When one crumbles, the victory he feels is better than any soccer goal. He knows what it takes to elicit certain responses and actions from Rin.
He presses another kiss to Rin's lips and trails his fingers down sculpted abs and thighs made of corded muscle. Rin has been perfecting his body since he was a little kid and it shows. He's an athlete in all sense of the word. How they got to this point, Tabito's not entirely sure. It started as lighthearted teasing, but then Rin would blush and hide his embarrassment with anger and suddenly Tabito couldn't look away.
Tabito takes Rin in his mouth, sucks him down to the base, and his heart kicks up in his chest at the sound of breathy moans and punched out gasps. The waiting was torture but it was worth it. Listening to Rin moan as he writhes on the bed and curls his fingers in Tabito's hair makes all the effort he put into getting to this point all the more savory. He pulls his head back with a wet pop and wipes drool from his chin. Dark lashes fan out on ruddy cheeks and Tabito fears he might have a heart attack from how gorgeous Rin looks when he's thoroughly wrecked. If he's this far gone now, what will happen when they're in the middle of the actual sex?
He slicks his fingers and presses the first one in. Rin gasps and Tabito has to bite down on his lower lip to keep from cumming prematurely. Not fucking fair, he thinks.
"C-Crow." Rin whines, snapping his eyes open to glare at Tabito.
"Yeah, yeah," says Tabito. Always in a hurry to get the goal. He's not going to listen to Mr. Number One this time. It's about the journey, not the destination. Tight muscles clamp down on Tabito's finger in protest, so he works in a second one. He can meet Rin in the middle. He's not ready to put his dick in their star player, but he'll add the extra finger to appease Rin and stretch him a little faster. The sharp intake of breath doesn't go unnoticed. "Breathe." Tabito encourages him.
Rin lets out the breath he's holding but it's with another glare. His green eyes are glossy and his pupils are blown wide with obvious desire. It fuels Tabito further, working Rin open a touch faster, wanting to feel what it's like to be buried inside of Rin and taste that desire on his tongue once more.
"Crow."
Tabito smirks. "Say my name and I'll give ya' what ya' want."
Reluctantly, Rin says, "Karasu."
Tabito shakes his head. "Nuh-uh." He curls his fingers, brushing the tips against Rin's prostate and earning a gasp and a moan in return.
Rin snaps his head forward, chin touching his chest to meet Tabito's gaze and glowers. "Tabito," he says, though it sounds like venom on his tongue. It doesn't matter. The effect is the same as it would have been if Rin had purred Tabito's name. He's too far gone now to delay any longer.
"All right, all right," he says, pulling his fingers free and slathering his cock with lube before letting the tip kiss the rim of Rin's asshole. Fuck, he thinks as he presses in, feeling the velvety tension around his length. This'll be the death of him. He can picture his obituary clearly: Karasu Tabito, soared too close to the sun by way of one Itoshi Rin. It's a good way to die, at least.
The growl that fills the common room is loud and animalistic. Everyone moves slowly to keep from startling the dog in the corner of the room with his ears pinned back, snarling. No one knows what to do, all lingering in uncertainty. It isn't until Kirishima slaps his knees and stands from his spot on the couch do they start to breathe a little easier. "Come on, you guys," he says. "It's just Bakugou."
"Easy for you to say," whines Kaminari, holding his reddened hand against his chest and sniffling about the ring of teeth marks on it.
Kirishima looks at him indignantly. "You know you're not supposed to casually approach a scared animal."
"He looks scared to you?" Kaminari waves his uninjured hand in Bakugou's direction.
"He must be very overwhelmed," deduces Yaoyorozu, sitting at the dining table. "Perhaps a chew toy or something might put him at ease?"
"He's a person, not an animal," protests Kirishima. With a sigh, he approaches Bakugou who is still snarling in the corner. He holds his hand out to show he means no harm and gets low to the ground. Bakugou's snarls falter as his red eyes fix on Kirishima. He sits back on his haunches and lowers his head. Kirishima pets the top of his head, then slides his hand under Bakugou's chin and scratches. "See?" he asks, turning around to face the others. "It's just Bakugou."
"I repeat," whines Kaminari, "easy for you to say."
Bakugou barks at Kaminari and the others turn to Koda for translation. Koda's cheeks dust red and he scratches the back of his neck. "He—uh—he said F-U, Kaminari."
Kirishima sits down next to Bakugou and continues to scratch him behind the ears. Bakugou lays down beside him with his chin on Kirishima's thigh. His fluffy tail wags lazily from side to side and Ashido smirks. "It's kind of funny," she says.
"What is?" asks Sero.
"Kirishima is the one that radiates golden retriever energy, and yet Bakugou is a literal golden retriever."
Bakugou snarls at her and Kirishima sighs. "Guys, leave him alone. You know he can understand us." He looks down at Bakugou. "Do you want to go to your room?"
Bakugou woofs, then stands, a clear sign that he's saying yes even without Koda to translate. He walks towards the elevator, the freezes and spins, growling at Mineta who dares try and touch his tail.
"Dude." Kirishima chides.
"He just looks so soft!"
"Do you wanna lose your hand?" asks Kirishima, knowing fully well that Bakugou will not stop at a warning bite with Mineta like he did with Kaminari. Mineta sighs and slinks back over to the couch.
Kirishima jogs to catch up with Bakugou and presses the button on the elevator to bring them upstairs. In the quiet of the elevator, Bakugou looks more at ease now that the others aren't watching him. "It's supposed to wear off soon." Kirishima reminds him. Bakugou sits down beside him and nuzzles his head against Kirishima's thigh. Kirishima gives him a head pat and then the elevator doors ding up. They reach Bakugou's door and Kirishima digs into his pocket for Bakugou's key. When he got quirked, there was a pile of clothes on the ground next to this dog version of Bakugou. He unlocks the door and they shuffle inside.
Kirishima turns on Bakugou's television and settles in on his bed. Bakugou curls up beside him and rests his head on Kirishima's leg again where he eventually dozes off. Kirishima drapes a blanket over him to provide some semblance of modesty so that when he turns back, he isn't laying naked in the middle of the room. He runs his fingers through the golden fur and hums softly, feeling content. Kirishima dozes off, warm and comfortable. When he wakes up again, there's a fully dressed Bakugou beside him with his head in Kirishima's lap.

"Sooooo…." says Camie, eyeing Katsuki from across the table in the hospital cafeteria.
"Don't," says Katsuki, attempting to cut off the mischievous train of thought he knows she's already on.
"You wanna explain what happened in the ER the other day?" she asks.
No. No Katsuki does not. "Nope," he says, popping the P. It's embarrassing as hell.
"Because—"
"Stop." Katsuki cuts her off, burying his face in his hands with his elbows resting on the table. "I don't kiss and tell," he says.
"Is it really kissing and telling when the entire ER was subjected to whatever that was?"
Katsuki groans, peering up at her from between his fingers. "It's so bad," he admits.
"Do tell," she says, plump pink lips turning up into a smug grin over the rim of her coffee cup.
Katsuki groans again and sighs in defeat. "If you say anything—"
Camie pretends to zip her lips and her eyes sparkle with anticipation.
With a sigh, Katsuki begins. "So you know how I've been seeing the new ER doctor?"
She nods. "The hot one? Duh. Yes. So jelly."
"He's a fucking moron but I think I might be in love. God it's so dumb." He cards his hands through his hair, puffing up his blond locks as Camie waits impatiently for him to continue. "We have been on exactly three dates, and for date number two, we went paddle boarding. Paddle boarding! I got burnt to shit."
"Yeah, fam. You're still super red still."
"Not helpful." Katsuki bites back. "So I got sunburned and I bought a bottle of aloe and slathered my entire body with it because I was in a ton of fucking pain."
"What does this have to do with the incident in the ER?" she asks.
"I'm fucking getting to it. Do you want me to tell you or not?"
"Grouchy."
Katsuki sighs. "At that point, we hadn't done anything more than kiss a bit. Then the other day Kirishima asked me if I wanted to come over to his place. I was still in pain from the sunburn but I wasn't gonna say no, so I showered and cleaned myself." Camie hums to acknowledge that she's still listening but Katsuki can see she's trying not to giggle. "Then when I got out of the shower, I slathered myself in more aloe and headed to Kirishima's apartment."
"Scandalous."
"Shut up." He throws a dirty napkin at her and she bats it away with ease. "I get to his apartment and everything is going fine, great actually. He's fucking huge."
"I bet," says Camie, waggling her brows.
"He asks to—you know—like a gentleman." Katsuki leans in closer because this conversation is the most embarrassing thing he has ever confessed to and he doesn't want the whole cafeteria to hear him. "Kirishima is in the middle of eating me out when he suddenly stops and I look back and he has this concerned look on his face, and he asks me if I put anything down there."
"Did you?" Camie asks, whispering.
"No," says Katsuki. "But then he starts struggling to talk and he thinks he's having an allergic reaction to something. The best we could guess was that there was nuts in my coffee body scrub, so as quickly as we took our clothes off, we put them back on. He's freaking out that he's going into anaphylaxis and I drive us here to the hospital."
"The irony that a gay man can't have nuts," says Camie wistfully.
Katsuki glowers at her. "He practically dove out of my car as soon as I pulled up to the ER entrance, and then he ran inside. I still had to find a parking spot, so I didn't see what happened in the ER until after it already happened."
"Man shoved that Epipen into his body without hesitation as soon as he got into the room. And since he wasn't having an allergic reaction, we then had to treat him for the accidental dose of epinephrine." Camie provides, looking smug.
Katsuki rolls his eyes. "Yeah, so after I parked the car, I went to get out and something rolled out of my car onto the asphalt. I bent down to pick it up and saw it was the aloe bottle, and in small text beneath the words aloe vera, it said, 'with lidocaine.'"
"No!" Camie gasps, fully giggling now.
Katsuki buries his face in his hands again, face burning with shame. "Yes, so the aloe just numbed his mouth because it was all over my body. Then after shit calmed down, he asked me if I wanted to finish our date."
"And?"
"I said yes because I'm apparently as dumb as he is."
Camie doubles over at the table almost spilling her coffee. It's a good thing the hospital bans guns because Katsuki wants to shoot himself from embarrassment. Everyone has been teasing Kirishima for days but the good-natured ER doctor just brushes it off with a smile. Katsuki, on the other hand, can't make eye contact with any of the other ER employees, which is hard to do considering he also works in the emergency room. "Go die," he barks out, to which Camie just flicks him on his sunburn, earning a yelp of pain from Katsuki.
The sun's rays are blinding, forcing Bakugou to shield his hand over his eyes to block out the light so that he can see the beach in front of him. The heat seems to double in temperature as the sun warms the golden sand on the shore. Bakugou tugs at the front of his shirt, fanning his chest to keep the sweat from building up on his already dampened skin. Gulls cry overhead and children shriek in excitement, accompanied by the sound of crashing waves as they roll in. It's loud, too loud, and he already regrets making the trek out here.
That thought quickly goes out the window at the sight of a shirtless Kirishima bounding over to him with ocean-wet hair and the most ridiculous sunglasses Bakugou has ever had the displeasure of laying his eyes on.
"Bakugou!" Kirishima shouts, waving his arm up high as he runs looking like he just escaped an episode of Baywatch.
Bakugou steels his face and gives Kirishima an indifferent glower. "The fuck are you wearing?"
Kirishima looks down, as if he thinks Bakugou is referring to the red swim trunks hanging precariously low in his hips. "Trunks?" he asks dumbly. Bakugou glares harder, staring at the bright red sunglasses in the shape of crabs with little legs and claws sticking out of the frames. "Oh, these?" Kirishima touches the frames and lifts them up to reveal his red eyes beneath. "I got them yesterday. Aren't they cool?"
They're fucking ugly but Bakugou takes the high road and just scoffs instead of making fun of Kirishima's sunglasses. He's a grown man. "You're wet already," Bakugou says instead.
"Oh! Yeah. Went for a swim to cool off. Man it's so hot out."
Yup. Hot out. Hot in. Hot all over. Bakugou is on fire and he dares to risk a quick glance up and down the length of Kirishima's wet body. He bites down on his bottom lip and scans the length of the beach. "Where are the other morons?"
"They're getting the grill set up for you!" Kirishima spins on his heel, barefoot in the scalding sand, and starts to lead Bakugou in the direction of the others.
"They better not be fucking touching the grill!" He barks back. "I told those fuckers to stay away from it."
"Aw, c'mon Bakugou." Kirishima claps him on the back, large hand warm through Bakugou's shirt. "They're just trying to be helpful."
"They can help by following simple directions." he stalks away, back instantly feeling ten degrees cooler with the absence of Kirishima's touch. Kirishima catches up quickly, falling in step with Bakugou and steering him through the throngs of beachgoers until they find the pair of umbrellas staked into the ground for their group. Ashido is stretched out on a blanket beneath one, hair fluffed up and still dry. Jirou approaches them from the other end of the beach with a large sunhat on her head, shielding her pale skin from the sun's harsh rays, and a boba clutched in her right hand.
Dumb and Dumber are hunched over the grill that Bakugou gave explicit instructions not to touch and Sero is pouring in too much charcoal. There is an art to how many briquets should be added and these fuckers are not artists.
"Back the fuck up from the grill, morons!" They look up, shocked to find Bakugou behind them. He drops his bag onto the blanket next to Ashido and shoves the two aside. "What did I tell you?"
"We were just trying to help." Kaminari whines.
"Do you want me to cook or not?"
"Yes," they say in unison.
Bakugou rolls his eyes. "Then go do dumb beach shit or whatever."
Reluctantly, they slink away, but that just makes room for Kirishima to press in too closely to Bakugou as he carefully eyes how many pieces of charcoal are in the grill. "Do you need help?"
Bakugou glances over his shoulder at Kirishima and his stupid sunglasses and he feels heat color his cheeks. Thank gods it's a hot day out. "You can cut up the watermelon or something."
"All right!" Kirishima cheers. He opens the folding table they packed and digs through one of the bags for a cutting board and knife before hoisting the watermelon into the air. "Look Bakugou!" Bakugou turns. "I'm pregnant." Kirishima holds the watermelon at belly level with a stupid fucking grin on his face and try as he mights, Bakugou can't control the snort he lets out.
"You're a fucking moron," he laughs.
"Yeah," Kirishima sighs, "but you like it."
Bakugou scowls at him then turns away embarrassed, and pulls out a lighter to ignite the grill.
