ive been f4sting for 4 days and 1 hour

Literally feel obese every day the lower my weight gets the more fat I end up feeling how does that work. Genuinely never want to eat again I just want to starve until there's nothing left I feel so shit about myself every day I don't want to eat anymore I don't want to leave my house until I'm skin and bones I don't want anyone to see how fat I am. I want to cry . I've lost over 50 lbs from my highest weight and I see no difference in fact I feel fatter than ever. I feel too ashamed to be perceived

Apparently my husbands parents were asking if I'm OK and stuff bc I looked slimmer when they saw me recently...feels good but also feels AWFUL bc my brain is like well if I'm looking slim now then it must mean I looked fat before 🤯

Also only lost 3lbs since I last saw them but I was wearing more fitted clothes whereas I usually wear baggy stuff so mayb I am slim but I've been making myself look fat this whole time with my clothing choices💔
