At the season opener of the First Fridays Open Stage, I performed three songs, including this one.

A friend lent me his Yamaha DGX-305 for the week, and so I am getting myself acquainted with it.  Here I am playing one of my songs, "Broken Hearted" on it.  I am using sound #014 ("Hyper Tines"), and set the drum machine to #004 ("60's8Beat").

Enjoy the view from the High Level Streetcar, as it crosses the High Level Bridge over Edmonton's beautiful river valley, and then goes past the Legislature.

Last night, I performed "Night Comes On" by Leonard Cohen (1934 - 2016) at the HTAC Open Stage in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  Unfortunately, it was not recorded.  So this evening, I recorded it in my kitchen on my vintage Roland EP-50 Electronic Piano.

On Thursday, March 8 2018, I had my gallbladder removed through laparoscopic surgery at the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital.  Each day throughout my recovery, I recorded a short candid update, so that others who are facing this surgery will know what to expect.  This video is a compilation of those updates.  Prior to my surgery, I came across other YouTube videos that did this, and I found it quite helpful to know what my recovery would look like.

In this video, I dismantle the Apple //c, and examine this parts that make it run.  I look at the main logic board, as well as the 65C02 Microprocessor and other components.

After playing around with my Apple //c for a few days, I decided that I needed a way to digitally capture video from it.  I went to Amazon and ordered the "Easycap USB 2.0 Video Tv DVD VHS Audio Capture Adapter".  This is what happened...
