So hear me out with this: I am going to ignore the actual canon of how Rayman came to be in the Glade of Dreams because being a hero born of light sounds way cooler than…whatever Origins had going on with it

Rayman being made into the form of an adult and constantly running around saving the Glade of Dreams leads to him wanting to have some semblance of a childhood, so he regresses to kind of live out that idea when he has time to actually relax (Betilla and Globox are 100% his caregivers)

Shoutout to whoever made gave the one Sparks of Hope model on VRChat a tail, you are legendary for that

Btw I have my Rayman playlist set up! Since there isn’t much to Rayman outside of being cool as hell and saving the Glade of Dreams, this playlist is more designed to be what I think Rayman would enjoy listening to (btw if you understand why I added the first few songs on there, I will kiss you)

CAN I TELL YALL SOMETHING

Rayman is meant to be a hero to the Glade of Dreams, but (as far as Legends is concerned) there isn’t much of a greater threat to the Glade of Dreams besides the nightmares and the captured teensies.

With all the voice lines that I used in this edit I feel like these are the most important story-wise, so considering now there is an actual villain in this game, this gives Rayman a sense of responsibility and motive as a hero to protect the Glade of Dreams

(Side note: I left this open and this is what I saw when I looked back at my screen😭)

So, in the finale we learn all the main cast’s real names, with Jax’s being…Leeroy Mateo…

I know that Jax being trans is heavily implied, and I can see it going both ways as Jax being a trans man, or wants to be a trans woman
