Hello; some context here!! Please read ahead if you're interested in some AU lore!

I am making a comic! About those gay thingys I can't stop drawing! Help! This has been an ongoing passion project for the better part of…holy shit 3 years..??? Mainly writing and rewritting and more rewritting and

so I finally decided to put my concrete ideas to good use and finally illustrate my ramblings properly! I cannot guarantee good quality or even a good story, but I will at least do my best to make the ride entertaining! I have some super rough pages made already along with points in the story I want to get to, I will be honest; it's basically a rewrite of the Rayman universe, abandon most of what you know when coming in to read my slop.

I will make other spinoff comics that are part of this main one for the sake of lore building I can't smoothly add in, but the perspective of Rayman & Indigo/Raymesis is my main focus.

I also want to be very blunt for those who may not be interested in this sort of thing; it's mostly a romance comic, yes there will be multiple instances of non-romance especially with establishing the world, but it's mainly romance. Dw there wont be unneccessary sex scenes.

I've never made comics beyond sketches and such, so please try to bare with me as I figure things out!!

There is currently no schedule in place, pages will come out when they come out, I have a job and mental health to carry after all qwq But I will do my best to release pages at a semi consistent rate! When they release they will be here on tumblr and whatever comic site I think is good for hosting (to be updated lol)

Benjamin leapt, panic returning like a wave.

—Non, non, non! —he whispered, pulling Rayman toward the balcony—. You must leave this instant! If my father finds out, he will have you killed! And they will deem you my lover! My reputation within the clergy will be utterly ruined!

—How... how do you manage that? —Benjamin asked, his eyes wide as he watched him float.

Rayman let out a soft chuckle.

—At this point, even I do not know.

—With each passing day, I begin to believe more that you are a demon...

—Hey! —Rayman protested, with clearly feigned indignation—. That is rather ill-mannered. And here I was about to say you resembled an angel.

The compliment caught him completely off guard. Benjamin froze, blinking a few times, his brows arched and his heart racing beyond his control.

But Rayman had already descended, moving away through the gardens and waving a hand in farewell.

—Sweet dreams, little prince!

Benjamin remained upon the balcony, watching as that creature—so strange and yet so impossible to ignore—vanished into the garden mist. He rested his arms upon the banister and allowed an amused sigh to escape his lips, barely masked by his hand, nearly lost amidst the chirping of the crickets.

—Rayman... —he murmured with a slight smile, the blush deepening upon his cheeks—. You are, without a doubt, a fascinating creature…
