Itâs nearing September so while that means cute sweater thinspo and autumn weather, it also means back to school. And we all know what itâs like at school. Cakes, pasta and pizza baggettes in the canteen and people constantly sharing their food with others. Total nightmare. Hereâs some rules I set myself that I thought I would share with you guys.
- Wake up early. Six o'clock or earlier
- Immediately after waking up, drink a glass of water
- Go and make a cup of tea/coffee (no cowâs milk) with one spoon of honey/sugar if needed. If using stevia, use as much as you want
- Sit somewhere nice such as in a window or in your favorite chair and check tumblr.
- Always keep up with the news
- Wash your face and get ready. Do your hair, get dressed, do your makeup, whatever you need to do
Now, for breakfast hereâs some things I recommend:
-strawberry and banana smoothie bowl with homemade granola: Just freeze a medium banana and some strawberries and then blend them up and add small amounts of nut milk until at the desired consistency
-plain oatmeal made with water with a banana cut up on top and cinnamon. Add a teaspoon of honey if needed.
- Walk to school if its not too far
- Always get there before school starts
- Pay attention in class and work hard
- Be polite and kind to everyone
- If you can, make your lunch at home. I recommend a salad made of 100 cals worth of veg and 100 cals worth of healthy toppings (olives, piquante peppers, feta cheese or an egg) and if you want use either lemon juice, lime juice or balsamic vinegar as a dressing.
- if you canât bring your lunch from home, go for a plain salad or fruit.
-drink water throughout the day
- Make yourself a cup of green tea or black coffee
- Complete any homework set that day and at least make a start on any projects
- Try to keep dinner under 300 cals. I recommend omlettes, salad or fish.

- Eat under 700 cals a day
- have a shower 6 days of the week
- make Sunday evening a self care evening. Take a bath, paint your nails, do a face mask, use a scrub
- if you wear makeup, wear it everyday
- use body scrub at least once a week
