man, not to be all “woe is me” over a relatively small thing but it is so disappointing when the thing you have been looking forward to all day gets cancelled last minute. like i had a kinda shitty day but i was fine because i was excited for tonight, then my plans were cancelled and now i just feel like shit and dont know what to do with myself

i simply do not understand how anyone can meet their protein goals without having to supplement with bars/shakes. like genuinely what am i doing wrong, im not even breaking 60g per day

was about to get in bed and i looked out my window and saw a big ass toad hopping across the apartment lawn. this is an excellent omen and im about to have the best sleep of my life
