I know I love to write Reki as a no hesitation cuddler, but consider this........
The first time Reki and Langa share a bed, Reki is super nervous and tense and stiff in his corner because he's terrified of annoying Langa during the night. He knows he moves a lot, be it just from tossing and turning or kicking and rolling from his dreams. He knows that he doesn't sleep in a single position, calm through the night. So he stays in his corner, trying his absolute best to stay completely still, but that keeps him completely awake because all he can think of is "don't move, don't move, don't move." He also knows that his mother used to tease him for talking in his sleep as a kid. He doesn't know if he still does it, but of he does, he doesn't want to wake Langa up with that. Langa has to hear him talk all day, he doesn't need to also hear him talk in his sleep. So Reki barely sleeps that night, so anxious about being annoying that he ends up kinda cranky in the morning.
The next time they share a bed, Reki is just as anxious, just as stiff, just as scared of being annoying. Or at least, he's terrified until Langa is flipping over and cuddling closer, mumbling Reki's name in his sleep. And Reki has an oh! moment. Oh! They can do that. They can cuddle. And that calms Reki down, because in Langa's arms, he doesn't want to move. He's comfortable and warm and he likes it, Langa's arms around his waist, holding him close, his nose buried in the hood of Reki sweater. So Reki sleeps that night, nice and calm, the best night of sleep he's had in awhile.
And over time, the stress of moving, of talking, of taking space, or just generally being annoying fades. Because Langa never said anything about Reki bothering him throughout the night. Because Langa always smiles first thing in the morning, his face still muddled with sleep as he mumbled out a good morning against Reki. Because Langa wants him there, first thing he sees in the morning.
And as time truly passes, as Reki really gets comfortable sharing his bed, well.... Langa's woken up more than once from an arm slapping him in the face, but he never says anything. He just gets Reki to shift before cuddling closer because cuddling always calms Reki. Reki doesn't squirm when they cuddle; he just falls into a deep and content sleep, calm and beautiful, and Langa loves that. He loves watching Reki so calm before drifting off to dreamland himself.
