Krøtons and the Prototype

-Nyu is a Krøton, I have posts about that, so you can learn about them there, you can also ask me

-Nyu was once human, but died with the rest of humanity, was picked up by a cosmic entity and brought to Mårena, the Krøton planet. They were allowed to be reborn as a Krøton

-The ppt au is set after Nyu have been at Mårena for years. (Their life there is not super important to this au) It's complicated, but they die and end up in the playtime factory

-The cosmic entity likes to meddle in Nyu's life, watching, using them for entertainment

-Nyu knows about the prototype and the factory from when they were human. Now that they seem to have acquired some new powers, they want to help everyone in the factory to have a better life.

-Nyu's ultimate goal is to befriend the crap out of the prototype

What I wanna do is draw lots of stuff from this au. But just ask about it as well

After months of slowly building a friendship with the prototype, some things are changing… The prototype is starting to think that Nyu’s wishes to help the toys might not be the worst thing after all. He has come to value the friendship he has with Nyu, and wants to see what might come from helping them with their plan. Although he is rather uncertain about how much Nyu is able to change the lives of toys, he is willing to let Nyu try. He cares enough about their friendship to try to be better.

Like I got this au I got going on, where the Prototype and my oc Nyu is gonna get real close to eachother, but in a non romantic, non sexual kind of way. Like they are going to be PARTNERS in life, but not in the typical way. I just live stuff like that. I feel like it also really works in the universe they are in tho, like they are not having typical non platonic relationships with anyone anyways. So their platonic relationship is just very special to them.

How they got so close would be a looooong process though. But that's the good part! Man, if I didn't suck so hard at writing, I should have just made a fanfiction about them... But! I am going to draw the crap out of this au so

While that would definitely be an interesting way for Nyu to be introduced to the Prototype, I do imagine things a bit differently. I'm gonna start rambeling now sorry haha.

I love catnap, so I wanted to change the story a bit. There is no player, everyone who was killed by the player is alive. Things are basically like how it was before the player would appear, but Poppy was freed from the cage by the rebelling toys.

Now... I imagine Nyu just appearing in a ray of light as they are placed into this universe. Exactly where, I'm not super sure about yet. I have to draw this at some point haha. Probably near where the Prototype lives. Because for some reason I imagine the Prototype keeping Nyu down there hiding them from the others in the beginning. He doesn't want Harley Sawyer, Poppy or anyone finding them. You know, while he figures out what this furry, fog leaking creature is all about. He doesn't like it when unpredictable things happen in his factory. So he definitely throws Nyu into an interrogation room or something while they still are unconcious.

Nyu gives of this fog while they are asleep in the beginning, and the Prototype decides that he would need them alive to study them, as he finds this creature interesting. Little does he know this stuff will soften him a bit. Making him feel a bit better mentally. That is what keeps Nyu from being turned wrong side out mostly.

When Nyu wakes up, they are questioned HARD. Nyu would definitely be stressed OUT. Like what do you mean the Prototype and the playtime co factory is real, and you're stuck here with him. Nyu thought he was cool in theory, you know, when he was fictional, but reality is quite different. They are scared because they know what the prototype is capable of. Giving him the answers to his questions. It would definitely take a bit of time for them both to calm the heck down about this whole situation.

Nyu did not choose to be sent to the factory, but gets invested. The Prototype has to deal with it. Things gets interesting.

-Nyu is pretty good at doing things on their own, likes alone time

-Gets friends quite easy

-Sings dramatically to their favourite songs, like they are in a musical

-Not really a leader type, but as they had to deal with being the commander, they eventually learned to deal with people looking to them for answers

-SILLY at times. Thinks they are funny

-Non-binary/Genderfluid, also demi-aroace and Pansexual

Well, Nyu knows what he cares about and how he is in theory, what he needs to calm the heck down. Which is control.

So what Nyu decided to do was just go along with ANYTHING he said. Basically accept the fact that they were now his pet. Keep him feeling like he was in control of absolutely everything, like he is used to. Nyu would tell him about everything they knew about the factory and everyone in it. Being completely honest and answering everything he would demand from them.

The prototype would test if they would run away given the opportunity, leaving them alone at the floor where his lair is at. But Nyu stayed put, knowing they had to prove that they ment it when they said they wanted to stay and help.

I imagine the Prototype would appriciate them being honest about things, even if it wasn't something he cared much for. Example, Nyu was open about the fact that they wanted to help everyone in the factory, but would not do anything without his permission. After some time, the Prototype sees how Nyu sticks to their word, and won't do anything unless he says its okay.

(Also, Nyu was given some powers, which include being able to create a fog/smoke that has a healing and relaxing effect. The prototype migh have inhaled some of it, helping him relax a little, and making him slightly saner than usual for a short time)

Getting close to him is a long process, and changing the factory for the better is an even longer one... But he starts to see how Nyu actually looks at him like he is a person and starts to respect them more.

Step two, make everyone work together and help P.T and Poppy work on their relationship

The gang, and more. Nyu can make their wings appear at will, there is some magic in this world, that is not fully understood.

Nyu goes by They/She/He. Nyu was once a human, but as earth was destroyed in a blink of an eye, a cosmic entity picked up their soul, and brought it to Mårena the Krøton planet. Nyu was reborn as a Krøton, but not any Krøton, as The Commander…

The commander is gender nautral as a base, but can turn female or male at will. The Krøton population feel a biological aura of power and respect from hunters, but the commander is the greatest of all Krøtons. They rule the entire planet and everyone on it. Thankfully, the commanders are usually individuals of great moral character. There has never been more than one commander at the time, not even every century…
