Ive been feeling super off lately, so I put everything else on hold and spent some me-time enjoying mother nature with my dog.

I'm not gonna pretend this is how I spend all my mornings, because it's not, but lately I've just been feeling so groggy, crampy, unmotivated and just overall not very good. Probably from surviving off of coffee and not real food. So this morning I decided to ACTUALLY give myself some good healthy food, some time to myself with a good book - I feel better already :)

& it's the worst thing they can do. Please stop coming back. I'm not strong enough to tell you to go..
