what a luxury it is to find someone as weird as you.
women are naturally emotional creatures and to me that is incredible. women should never be ashamed of their emotional side, because it makes them so much more endearing. it’s okay to be emotional ladies. it reminds others that you are human and that you feel things, whether they be strong feelings or not. never ever be ashamed that you are emotional. embrace it.
Im currently having the overwhelming urge to isolate myself from all of my friends...

include black people and people of colour in your activism, not just white people.
include Jews and Muslims in your activism, not just christians/atheists.
include transgender and nonbinary people in your activism, not just cisgender people.
include gay, lesbian and bisexual people in your activism, not just heterosexual people.
include people who are working class and people who are in poverty in your activism, not just the middle class.
include disabled and autistic people in your activism, not just the able bodied and neurotypical
include people with mental illness in your activism, not just those with good mental health.
include women and girls in your activism, not just men and boys.
be an advocate for marginalised groups, those are the people who need your help/activism (as a person of privilege) the most.
if you aren’t livid by what is happening right now, then you need to check yourself. these are human lives that are being stripped away on the basis of skin colour. it’s not about politics, it’s not about being “liberal”, it’s about standing up for the basic rights of other human beings. i am angered and frustrated by the lack of understanding about what is happening in the world and what has happened in my country by the very people who are tasked with protecting its citizens.
to my followers– start by recognizing your privilege and then use it to make a change. don’t sit and brush this off. stand up for the sake of other humans who have the right to basic human rights but are being treated as less than.
silence is not an option, people are being murdered. don’t sit there and roll your eyes and scroll by. there are many organizations and places to donate to in this time, if you can, you should.
if this makes you feel the least bit comfortable or uneasy, you most likely fall into the category of people that i’m talking about, and it’s time to stand up and make a change and a difference. the time is not later, the time is NOW.
yes, you should feel uncomfortable. yes, it must shock you and strike to your core every time this happens. do not let the repetitive cycle of racial violence numb you to the present, daily suffering of our black brothers and sisters. stop writing and glorifying empathy and tenderness if you are not willing to extend that into practice for your oppressed neighbors of color. stand up.
Ard so Imma just say it-
I’m chubby. And honestly, I’ve gotten over how upset it used to make me. Recently I’ve been a little confident, but something that pisses me THE FUCK off, is when someone says “omg no ur not you’re so skinny!1!1!1!” Like BRUH. Saying that makes it sounds like being chubby is a bad thing, and second of all, no I’m not! I shouldn’t have to be told I’m skinny, to raise my confidence. SO STOP SAYING THAT TO YOUR CHUBBY FRIENDS PLEASE. This isn’t directed towards anyone tbh, I just wanted to put it out there.
Someone just turn me into a bird pls

its alright to b loud and it’s alright to laugh a lot and it’s alright to be awkward and unsure and passionate. you’re not too much.
Update: I lost my best friend but I’m actually feeling a lot better now. It got very unhealthy for me. I’m just confused about things now I guess...

Do you ever love someone and just want to have them in your life forever and so you ignore their little flaws because you want to see them as this perfect person but then you meet other people who treat you differently and you realize that relationships can be different and then you start to see that your relationship with the person you love is not as good as you had thought or maybe just not as good as you had pretended?
Or is that just me?
