My boss...not my leader as she is far from that. She was hand picked for the role as she is a yes sir/ma'am type and plays the politics. I don't. I discovered a requisition (job posting) ties to my position number that has been there since April. I question it and basically got the "oops, that was a mistake. It shouldn't have been tied to your position number." So I question my employment with the company with her and she still leans on the requisitions being put on my position number and there is no relation to my employment and my work performance. What she fails to mention in her response is that we are going through a restructure in HR and another HR employee was recently severanced and what do you know, her position number also has a requisition tied to it with same date as the one I found on mine, could that one also be a mistake? I don't think so. I have been an exemplary employee for 9 years, have received Fully Meets on all my performance reviews and have been promoted 3 times in that timeframe. I am sure my days are numbered and she has been avoiding having our 1:1 call. I have enjoyed where I work up until this last 1.5 years as upper leadership has been turnover and not with good leaders. They company has done a 180 and no where close to being an employer of choice. I will leave with dignity and pride knowing that I did everything right but will watch this company fail with these leaders in place. I had hoped to retire from here but that is obviously not in the cards.
