What is it like to have a big belly?

I’m 23, had always been big but gained a lot over last few years (especially over lockdown). So this is basically what happens when you go from a overweight guy to a really fat guy in terms of belly.

Now not all men carry weight in the same way, some carry far more in their legs. But in my case i now have a really big belly ! The first thing to understand is just how heavy it is, I never felt my weight before but now I feel how heavy it is every time I move. I tried to run (first time in two years) for a train the other week and couldn’t believe the weight and how much it shook, I had to stop and wait for the next train lol.

My belly is big , jiggly and hangs down a fair bit so it sloshes from side to side as i walk, it’s like I’m having to carry it. I feel I have less free time now as it takes me much longer to walk anywhere due mainly to my big belly.

it causes issues with clothes as well, I don’t tuck my belly into much trousers like many men do as find it much more comfortable to let it hang out over the top. This means I have very few t shirts that fully cover my belly and in most the bottom of belly is visible. I were a tucked in shirt for work where is really most where I notice my belly now, It looks massive and I have to buy long shirts in order to have enough room to tuck the shirt in under my over hang.

One of the the other things I have notice for myself but is not always true for most morbidly obese people, is that the bigger my belly has gotten the more I notice how hungry I am. The way to explain this is that; as my belly has gotten bigger when my stomach starts rumble the feeling is bigger and more intense the larger my belly has become now. Now when I’m hungry it’s so hard to ignore, my whole belly grumbles and sloshes like it’s demanding to be fed which i always agree to lol.

I won’t go into all the details but it’s harder and harder to wash in my small shower (my belly now presses up against the glass), I also have a large fat pad so that is another difficulty.
