The BS170 is a field effect transistor with N-channel enhancement mode, produced using Fairchild's proprietary high-density DMOS cell technology. This ultra-high density process is designed to minimize resistance in state while providing robust, reliable and fast switching performance. It can be used in most applications requiring up to 500 mA DC. It is also suitable for low voltage and low current applications such as small servo motor control, power MOSFET gate drivers and other switching applications.

78L05 is a fixed voltage (5V) three terminal integrated regulator, which can be applied to many applications. Its excellent internal current and thermal shutdown characteristics make it especially suitable for overload. When it is used to replace the traditional zener diode - resistance group, its output impedance is improved effectively, but the bias current is greatly reduced. In another words,78L05 series (like L78L05ACD013TR) is a fixed voltage (5V) three terminal integrated voltage regulator, which is suitable for many applications. Like a single point voltage regulator which needs to limit the noise and solve the distribution problem, it can also be used with other power transfer devices to form a stable voltage power supply with large current, such as a stable output current of up to 100 mA.

The spindle lowers, drilling the appropriate hole sizes and diameters.

Advantages and Disadvantages of CNC Drilling Machines
