Blanc and Holt are both on a couples cruise with their husbands and their husbands give a stern warning that they are meant to spend quality time together, so no mysteries/detecting. A murder occurs, of course, that Blanc and Holt find out about in spite of the crew just quietly putting the body in the ship's morgue without informing passengers, as is protocol. Blanc and Holt obviously try to investigate

2/X Blanc and Holt try to investigate without their husbands finding out about their shenanigans. Best bit would be that they're doing the investigations independently of each other, and so when they finally meet because obviously Phillip and Kevin have become BFFs commiserating about their wayward husbands, Holt and Blanc barely pay attention to each other and just are dying to get back to the case. Bonus: Marta AND Helen are also there as besties, and Marta knows Holt because she's Rosa's cuz
