Eridian Grace being sent against his will and finding human Rocky and Rocky asking if Grace has a mate and him getting all sad and Rocky thinks he said something bad.

“No. You didn’t say anything bad. Grace is just sad.”

“Oh? I’m sorry.”

“Grace has mate. Didn’t get to say goodbye….. I heard him though as they dragged me into the ship. He was calling out to me and I was calling out to him….. He sounded so far away”

“What did he say?”

“He said ‘don’t take him away! Please you have to let me go with him!’ He sounded angry and upset.”

“How long have you been together?”

“186.3 years.”

“That’s a long time.”

Grace shaking his eridian body like he’s saying no. “Not enough. Wish it was longer.”

“I understand. What’s his name?”

“His name is 🎶🎶🎵🎵”

Rocky nods. “What does he looks like- wait that’s a stupid question-“

I made this lil comic because I CANNOT STAND Angst w/o a good ending like yes I like being emotionally hurt but I NEEEED a satisfying conclusion!!!

Also just to clarify that this a fanon(yes the fanfiction itself has fanfiction) continuation and is in no way written by the author (but I asked for their approval to make this which is cool ash)

yeah that's right, rocky full sentences time.

i also need you all to know the actual translation of "pebble" isnt like the small rock pebble, it does literally translate to "baby" and simon would hear it as "baby". i wrote "pebble" because grace translated eridian babies as "pebbles" for his own amusement. therefore: you, the viewer, get the grace terminology.

i'd like to imagine they're both helpful and bitterly fuck with people. flipping off ava in pictures taken by xray cameras but also very gently guide subs either away from or towards the Light depending on what they're broken psyche thinks is best at that moment.

And a bonus from another WIP I came up with the other day that I thought was funny:

Naming the eel Ellie sounds like such a Ryland Grace thing to do I just had to make this

Bloodymary teachers au BUT simon still has all the Eden trauma! Basicly, in this world, Eden would be a cult cut off from the world.

In this cult, the people from the highest point would talk about the outside world being in a dangerous apocalypse, making the newer people inside too scared to look for themselfs. The cult would worship the garden of Eden, trees, And nature i was general, And they would have these rating of higher And lower people.

Simon would be born in to this cult. Creating the fact he woulden't know a lot of things, after he grew a little older, ome of his 'brothers' would be chose for sacrifice, Simon paniced And tired to safe him but in the progress caused a chain reaction killing a few higher people in the cult, earning him the 'Butcher convict' title And losing his arm. After a few more years, Simon, Now in his older twenties(I'm not sure how old Simon was in iron lung when He was send to the submarine but I guessed He was somewhere around his twenties), would find a news paper that flew on the cults property, getting curious, He'd sneak out at night to see if what the cult was saying was really true and BADAM, it was not!!! He escaped the cult And started wondering around the world, learning what he missed while going job from job to earn money. After a year or two He'd end up in the city Grace Is And he got a job of a PE teacher there(I know There's probably some like, school for that a person would need but shhh) so Now Grace Is trying to befriend and figure out the strange new teacher without an arm And a strange reaction to the mention of religion.

After several tests, there's no mistaking. It's blood. Human blood. Grace even uses a sample of his own blood to be sure and it is true. He wishes it stopped there. If only it were the most disturbing. But he eventually discovers that the tree has a pulse. They do an X-ray and, to his horror, the tree is filled with human organs. It breathes but has no airways. The DNA samples he keeps taking can't agree on whether it's human, a tree or both. He doesn't understand. He doesn't know what to do.

He wakes up one morning and the tree is gone. There's nothing but a hole in the ground where it stood before. It looks like it was uprooted. There is now an unidentified creature that goes against nature on the loose in his biome. The huge tracks of blood on the ground aren't helping him calm down. He follows them because he might as well at this point, and it leads him to a cliff. On top of it is what appears to be a man. He's completely unclothed and covered in blood, like a newborn. He seems mesmerised by the scenery. Once Grace reaches him, the man turns his head to look at Grace. Their eyes meet and Grace finds them oddly appeasing.

"It's beautiful," the man says, voice like the hand of his mother running through his hair.

"Yeah," he answers, struck dumb by the whole situation.

"Is it yours?" the man asks, with the warmth of the sun.

"More or less," he answers, totally lost.

"You're lucky," the man says, each of his breaths is like sea wind.

there Rocky is, doing his thing, and so is Grace, busy busy busy. Grace sits back and stretches, a bit distracted as he usually is, gets up and then he turns and SPOOKS SO BADLY!! WHAT WHAT IS IT??? Rocky hears nothing what's going on???

"Oh nothing, I thought I saw someone but, it's just a shadow."

and Rocky doesn't get it, at. all. Grace says this or that thing kind of looks like a person, or that he thought the hanging clothes was someone, but Rocky can't understand for the life of him. shadows have no shape, no depth, that jacket is inert, has no breathing or heartbeat.
