how to disappear completely

took a little trip out of town over the long weekend - went hiking with my dog, walked around a new city, ate yummy food and didn’t feel too bad about it - but now we’re back on it. my calorie calculator app told me i need to eat 650 calories a day to lose 100 pounds by August - some days will be more and some less but we’re here for balance over time!!
