I was always a tall and very quiet child, at the time I was considered shy but I eventually found out I had social anxiety but thatās aside the point. Because I was shy I didnāt have very many friends so to compensate I wound bring my teddy bear to school and act like they were another student. So being the shy girl that brought her toy to school I was an easy target for bullies, I never said anything because I didnāt want my bully to get in trouble so for a few months I stayed quiet. Looking back, I realize that I was too kind for my own good. I want you to keep in mind this happened in junior kindergarten so I was still little and didnāt know any better. One day while the class was out on recess I decided to swing on the swings, that was until Carly(madeup name for bully) showed up. She wanted to swing on my swing and I remember that she said something along the lines of āGet off my swing or Iāll throw away your bear.ā I ended up getting off and quietly standing to the side so she could get on. Then this nasty little brat demand that I pushed her on the swing, at this point little me had had enough. I pushed her and kept pushing her until she was rather high in the air, she was having fun until mid-swing I grabbed her leg. I yanked her off the swing and basically threw her onto the ground, but thanks to me not letting go I fell with her. I only got a few scrapes from landing on the asphalt but poor Carly wasnāt so lucky. Carly broke her elbow and shattered her wrist....she never bullied me again.
