They (when I say they = the people that burned the library) didn’t want what was inside to come out or have people be able to access those information. As it could change the trajectory of the world. Even destroy the ways of life and stability that was happening. They didn’t want people having access to knowledge/forbidden knowledge. Some techniques about astral projection, using sleep and the subconscious to teleport etc. They didn’t feel like people would use the information correctly or would behave properly with it or respect it. They felt like people would use it kind of like a person who stumbles across a genie and wishes for so many selfish things that it ruins the world type of thing. They knew people would use the information for evil purposes. But there seems to be a very old and powerful man that we can contact to ask about this? He will judge and assess people if they’re worthy of the information from the library. Seems like they’re old, ancient and possibly guarding the library/the information. I feel like they live in the mountains or caves? Disguised as an old farmer or something. Like how obi wan disguised himself as this old reclusive farmer in star wars, but was actually a wise and powerful jedi. He’s dormant and lies waiting for people, the right people to go to him?

I feel like their lore is somewhat accurate. But other small details: she had a hint of what fate awaited her if she ate the pomegranate or that she was gonna marry someone unconventional (the analogy I can use is like when one of us asks about a future spouse but gets a description but doesn’t know the exact name of the person) and that there was gonna be an uproar in the Greek deity pantheon about it. But she accepted her fate anyway. I guess she wasn’t kidnapped but rather lured to the underworld and had her naivety used against her. They have a very loving relationship, happy family and all that. She runs that relationship lol. Like how rosario dawson portrayed her in the percy jackson movie with alexandra daddario. She also runs the underworld more than him? Has more say and authority than him? And he’s more of an attack dog that she unleashes and threatens people with lol.
