They definitely have invested a lot into this movie but they’re genuinely baffled at the backlash (they = the higher ups and studio executives). Bc they think patrick is the next big Hollywood it guy. 😳

I think we’re largely left to ourselves when it comes to the akashic records, it’s like a “access it if you want to” type of thing. But it’s hard or requires a level of spiritual dedication that might take some time (years?) and intense focus. As it requires a person to “align” stuff using herbs and rituals as well as tuning one’s body to spiritual alignment. That there’s also a specific time in one’s person where they can access the akashic records. I guess it’s a specific transit? Maybe during a full moon?

Idk if it’s love that can form but more so an emotional understanding? It’s just impossible for aliens to love humans in the sense that we know it to be, but rather an emotional sympathy? Idk why but I’m seeing guillermo del toro’s movie “the shape of water”. There’s also something inhuman about the union that forces aren’t allowing for it to happen. There’s something else (God? Fellow alien authorities?) that are making sure humans don’t mix with aliens. They would only allow a friendship or for some dialogue but nothing beyond that.

There’s definitely gonna be a new wave of directors, “out with the old in with the new” type of stuff. I think it also has something to do with how studios really leash and suffocate even the veteran a list directors. With the digital age there’s also a lot of things changing. Directors are adapting, times are changing. But I also feel like there’s gonna be a drought when it comes to allowing brilliant and innovative directors to emerge. There’s little to no directors now or from this generation who have that je ne sais quoi. Even with all the ai slop and the reboots and veteran directors struggling to get projects funded (I think ben affleck spoke on this too), it’s gonna be a rough landscape for directors especially those who want to go mainstream.

They (when I say they = the people that burned the library) didn’t want what was inside to come out or have people be able to access those information. As it could change the trajectory of the world. Even destroy the ways of life and stability that was happening. They didn’t want people having access to knowledge/forbidden knowledge. Some techniques about astral projection, using sleep and the subconscious to teleport etc. They didn’t feel like people would use the information correctly or would behave properly with it or respect it. They felt like people would use it kind of like a person who stumbles across a genie and wishes for so many selfish things that it ruins the world type of thing. They knew people would use the information for evil purposes. But there seems to be a very old and powerful man that we can contact to ask about this? He will judge and assess people if they’re worthy of the information from the library. Seems like they’re old, ancient and possibly guarding the library/the information. I feel like they live in the mountains or caves? Disguised as an old farmer or something. Like how obi wan disguised himself as this old reclusive farmer in star wars, but was actually a wise and powerful jedi. He’s dormant and lies waiting for people, the right people to go to him?
