A quiet man who’s been deeply hurt, and one she wants desperately to learn to be kind to himself.

The traitorous angel who broke her out of the ranch; a person she didn’t understand for a long time, and now someone she tries to carry at least a little of his heavy burden for.

Her best friend and close companion, the father of her child. The love of her life, though in a quiet way that they sort of stumbled into, not a sweeping, passionate romance. Someone she loves to tease, just to see his awkward responses.

Because her experience with Real Life angels is through knowing them as people first (and knowing one that used to be - and arguably still is - human), she tends to think of them more as people with abilities and bucketloads of trauma than as a different species, or anything like that.

She isn’t sure she’d like to be one; it seems like it’s more trouble than it’s worth, and she wouldn’t like relying on a crystal (especially not the one that has been sapping her strength for so long). She’s definitely sure she wouldn’t want to live as long as they have; Kratos just seems so tired all the time in a way that she can’t empathize with, even if he’s gotten much better over the time she’s known him.

She doesn’t blush often and gets embarrassed even less, honestly. Her face gets red when she’s angry, but by most people’s standards that doesn’t count.

The Goddess

Religion isn’t really something she thinks about often. It’s not that she doesn’t believe, or that she does believe, exactly - she supposes if she thought about it hard, she’d be more likely to believe there’s a something than not, but she’s not sure exactly what form it takes, or even if it does take one at all. That being said, she likes the stories about the exploits of the Hero and his companions, and it’s always nice to see people comforted by the thought of a kind and benevolent goddess, even if she’s not sure that goddess would be a person if she really exists.

The Woman

A kind person, and one who she still feels bad about her initial reaction to. She doesn’t know much about her, but she’d like to be friends - and these days when she reminds herself that not every stranger is a Desian in disguise, Martel is one of the examples she uses to calm herself.

The Cause

When Kratos tells her the truth (and it happens in fragments, really), she isn’t sure what to think for a while. She seems like a kind person from the way Kratos describes her, but to raise a normal person to godhood seems... wrong, not to mention committing all kinds of atrocities in Her (her) name.
