I went with the popular headcanon of Angus and maybe the rest of his extended family secretly being mobsters.

She's the older sister of Angus' father. Headcanoned her brother/Angus' father is currently the Godfather while she is retired.

She has earned quite the reputation for killing the previous crew's Godfather aka: her father and Angus' grandfather. They had always had a tumultuous relationship, but one day an argument led to a shootout where he shot her leg (hence the cane) and she shot his head. 3 times.

She eventually took over his criminal empire as the Godfather while trying her best to raise her younger brother. As her brother grew, he eventually takes the position as the underboss.

She may appear cool and collected but her old crew would tell you that she was ruthless. Absolutely terrifying.
