Tumblr always feels so warm, like I’m speaking to a group of people on MySpace who don’t know me but want to help me. I miss that kind of human connection, the type that is exhaustible by a myriad of circumstances— yet still a fantastic blue flame. I am not sure what I want to be to myself but I am sure of what I don’t want to be. Or not. My favourite writer at the moment is a man named Wallace Stegner. He writes that when someone empties themself of identifiers, conclusions, and experiences of undying uniqueness, we get to glimpse ourselves in everything. “One Unmistakable instant.” You see, I want to be the same and better and worse. I want to go back and go forward and be still. I want to be the person before diagnosis. I want to be happy again. I want to be happy with you.

sometimes i go wow i suffered through many years and now i am here! and the sufferings are so abundant but the love now is so overpowering.
