We’ve had a chaotic few weeks. My anxiety has been all over the place and this week finally felt calm. Everything has started to feel back to normal. Lex has been very lenient this week and I think I might have started taking a mile because he gave an inch. I’ve mostly just focused on finishing up a work project that ends soon. I didn’t make the bed this morning or set out dinner like I normally would. We talked about this on his way home from work and he said he’d grill.

When he got home he called me into the kitchen asking me to help prepare a few things. I was in my own world and he called me twice before I came in saying “whattt??” He stared at me with a raised eyebrow and told me to strip. ”Like totally strip?Here? Now? But... isn’t the grill...already heating up...and...” at that, he silenced me by pulling my shirt over my head.

Eventually, and with his help of course, I was completely naked. I was told to turn around and to put my hands on the counter. He grabbed one of those silicone spatulas and tapped it against my butt. ”You’ve had a bit of a tone today. I think you need a reminder of who is in charge here,” and with that, he started spanking me with the spatula. He had to remind me a few times to stay still before grabbing a kitchen chair and sitting down in it.

Soon, I found myself flipped over his knee and I remember feeling very small being spanked completely naked that way. Usually, he just pulls my pants down or dress up instead of having me fully strip. The spatula stung a lot and all I could focus on was the sting, balancing over his legs, and my nakedness. When he finally stopped and I could catch my breath, I apologized for my attitude. He told me he knew I didn’t mean it and pulled me in for a hug.

When he stood up, He grabbed me by my waist and picked me up. I found myself sitting on our very cold countertop. My immediate thought was that we were going to do something fun, but instead, he started preparing the food he originally told me to do. The second half of my punishment was me, having to sit naked and freshly spanked on the counter, while I watched him do what I was supposed to have done. I felt very small and alternated between staring at my dangling feet and watching him.
