Our brains are by far our most important organs.

When I moved to Phoenix, and became a driver, I was conveniently registered to vote while receiving my license.   I remember hesitating before listing my affiliation.  Should I choose blue so we can make purple? I wondered.  I remained loyal to my party membership, recognizing ballot access and voter participation are genuine obstacles for GPUS, so registering Green in AZ is more important than making purple.

Been read articles and watching videos of children ages six to nine, and as young as two,  doing yoga at studios and at school - I read about whole middle schools meditating. Wonderful!
