It’s hard to believe that my tiny Kayla’s turned 11 today! Well she’s not so tiny anymore but she was a premie weighing only 3lbs when she was born. But you would never know it! She’s such a smart cookie, but not only academically, she has an emotional intelligence that truly makes her seem wise beyond her preteen years. Shes so creative and not to mention tochow witty Kayla is (she’s so quick not sure what the teenage years will hold LOL 😆) She’s such a joy and I’m so grateful for the close relationship we share! So yeah I’m guilty of being glued to my TV since Tuesday 😅 But after yesterday I’m able to give up my well worn spot on our sectional to the boys for football 🏈. Also, I realized the last time I shared my sectional with the gray slipcover was in 2015. Our family have been home together since March. Hi friends! I’ve been soaking up this rare and wonderful time when hubby and the kids are home and we have absolutely nothing to do but spend time with each other. You guys really like my fall decor I see 😊🍂 • This year started with a move from TN to GA in January and from there it was a roller coaster ride of high highs like winning the #amaawards for best design inspiration blog and low lows like the tragic passing of our best neighbor friends.
