Well.. it’s been a crazy past few years. I can’t believe it’s been almost 10 years since I accessed this account. I remember how much I used to be stuck in my head & living in some world where I was always lost from mental health stuff. So much has happened, so much has changed, but here I am, I still remain. Though who really was I? Long ago, I was someone who lived in chains from the past, just a revolving door of reiterations of survival. Yet here I stand, almost 30, I am no longer chained by the past. The past is gone, and here I stay. I will never forget what my past taught me & how it helped guide me to who I am today. In the same breath, I honor the flames that burned me to ash, the me who used to post here died a long time ago, but I rose from the fire, my tears sprung flowers, and I am no longer in battle with nature. The world is my lover, the cosmos my friend, and here I stand feeling the support of the earth lifting me up with each & every breath.
