I think we should just get rid of urinals altogether. Anyone can pee in stall, but only select cis able-bodied men* will use urinals. It just seems inherently regressive to devote a significant chunk of public bathroom infrastructure to something that is exclusively usable by such selective slice of people. It doesn't even seem like they like using them that much.

Just found out that the e-mail notices I've been sending out at work have probably not been getting through to like 50% of the people on our contact lists because gmail thinks they're spam, and that's probably the reason why people have been getting so mad at my office about poor communication. At what point do we try so hard to crack down on spam that we accidentally make e-mail entirely useless and end up just going back to hand-written letters and phone calls...

Why is executive dysfunction advice always like "Step one: write down what you need to do" as if I already know what I need to do? Can we please start from the actual step one "Find out what you need to do" or even "Find out whether you need to be doing something"
