Can someone explain to me why men are so obsessed with Christopher Nolan? Don't get me wrong, I like most of his movies too, they're pretty good I gues, but whyyyy are you treating him like the Jesus of filmmaking? Why are men acting like this is the pinnacle of cinema and it doesn't get better and cooler and artsier and more intellectual than that? Those aren't cute independent arthouse films that only a handful of people have seen; they're action blockbusters made to be seen by as many people as fucking people as possible. They're the definition of mainstream. You're not special for thinking Interestellar was so so good. You and 5 million other boring dude bros with no personality think so

#2 years ago or so I read the Eye of the Heron by Ursula k. le guin and it for some reason broke me #i had to put the book down for 30 mins to calm down #all time i think the book thief #i read the last 250 or so pages all in one go it was 3 am by the time i was done #and i was an emotional wreck #doesn't help that i was also 17 or so at the time

I had a pink Sony Ericsson Z610i and I was obsessed with it. It was back in 2008, it was the coolest phone in the universe and after 5 months (!!!) I accidentally washed it with the dirty laundry and it was dead. I killed it badly :(
