So I’ve been debating, for a while now, what I should do with this blog. I’ve had to fight the urge to delete it entirely. Want to stop drawing altogether. An issue that would take too much to write about.
Thought maybe a name change, no more “Hiyo”, I feel the person associated with this blog doesn’t exist any longer.
Thought about going through and deleting old artwork I can’t stand to look at any longer, no- it’s not fair to the art or to past me. I need to see it to remind myself.
So, the conclusion I came to- I made a new art blog. I went through this blog. All the way back to 2013. I picked the stuff I liked the most and put it on there (with some added commentary). There’s nothing new at this time. Idk if/when there will be. But I wont be posting on here anymore. I won’t delete this blog. Think of it as an old sketch book. Something to look back on fondly and cringe a little.
Thank you to everyone who has been with me from the beginning. And to those of you who wish to continue with journey.
