So after seeing the spoiler image of the latest Spriggan 12 member, Larcade, I believe he is either a long lost brother of Natsu and Zeref or their father brought back from the dead.

The brother theory is based off his apparent age. He looks young like Natsu and Zeref but he could also be hundreds of years old. 

The father theory is based off the Dragneel story. We have no idea what happened to their parents. What if after Natsu died, Mr. and Mrs. Dragneel left Zeref at a religious school, the same one their father attended? After Zeref discovered his powers and brought Natsu back from the dead, he decided to try and bring back their father and that is Larcade.
