forgive yourself for not having the energy right now. maybe you haven’t cleaned your room or showered recently but that’s okay. you will. but for now if it takes all your energy to just get through the day then that’s okay.

If you want different results for next year, then take different actions. Do better, try smarter, sharpen your focus. Work smart, not hard. You can’t keep doing the same thing year by year and expect anything but the same results, same relationships, and same (or lack of) success.
