If I'm eating well and exercising, it permeates every part of my life. It's the little things.

. I make my bed every morning.

. I fold my laundry on time and respect my clothes.

. I take joy in cooking my own meals.

. I clean every week.

. I floss every day.

. When I get home, I place my shoes on the shoe rack instead of toeing them off and leaving them on the floor.

. I wash my hair more often.

. I go outside more.

. I appreciate the beauty in everything.

. I clean up after myself and don't let any messes linger.

. I tidy my car every time I exit it.

. I sleep early and I wake up early

. I leave the car at home and either walk or use public transport.

. I do more things every day because I have the energy to do so.

. I say "no" less often and "yes" more often.

. I put my phone down and I live in the present.

. I am more social.

. I complain less.

. I smile more.

. I feel more. Physically and emotionally.

It's a wonderful feeling. And an addictive one. I don't know how I can live any other kind of lifestyle.
