I think you’re thinking of Season 8, Episode 19, “The Fortress.” It is not, in fact, a Star Wars-like hologram, but actually supposed to be a reference to the holographic head of Jor-El in the Superman films. Barney calls his place the Fortress of Barnitude (Like the Fortress of Solitude from the Superman mythos).

Ted is attempting to get Robin's locket back and he thinks it with Stella. She tries to reason with Ted that he's blowing up the wedding. He retaliates with Star Wars. 

Ted is narrating about the 2 AM rule, but he says that his son LUKE, is the exception the that rule. You may remember that Ted had once said he would name his children Luke and Leia, but it seems he only got half that deal.  His daughter's name is Penny.  Because of Ted's love of Star Wars it is quite reasonable that his son is named Luke after Luke Skywalker.

Barney gets so drunk the night before his wedding, he speaks like Jabba the Hutt

Barney is upset that James' dad gets back together with their mother instead of Barney's dad.  He's been dreaming of that since he was 5. 

This might be a stretch, because even though it's a Indiana Jones reference, the knight is made up to look all ghost-y and blue-y, like Force Ghosts like Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Marshall attempts at getting another flight to NY, Barney delivers a classic Yoda line in hysterics.

Barney has a skewed view on who's good and who's evil in film, including Luke Skywalker.

Ted uses the Boba Fett costume as a means to get Jeannette out of his bedroom.

Barney and Marshall leave stuff at Ted's because Robin and Lily don't want them and Ted is single. One of the things was a life-size Boba Fett replica.

Ted tries to find a connection with a 20-year-old when her R2-D2 ringtone goes off.  

Robin stumbles into Barney's Stormtrooper, revealing the Playbook.
