ryūzaki and mishima are talking about the fact that ryuk and shien have both said light had a child that the investigation never knew about. ryūzaki posits that since any such child would be about nine years old, they must have a guardian, and asks mishima if he can think of any likely candidates.

Mishima

An investigator on the Death Note Countermeasures Task Force. He thoroughly investigates and creates detailed notes on the Kira Incident of ten years ago, and has full knowledge of the Death Note. He swears to find and seal away the six notebooks.

Ryūzaki

L’s successor, a world-famous great detective. He’s a born successor, from genes L bequeathed during his life. With the promise he made to L in his heart, he joins the Death Note Countermeasures Task Force. In resolving the case, he would exceed L.

Shien

A Kira devotee and cyber-terrorist. Ever since the criminal who slaughtered his family was judged by Kira, he reveres Kira as his “God.” He wishes to obtain the six notebooks and revive Kira.

Misa Amane

A former Death Note owner and an actress. She obtained a Death Note when she was an idol and helped Kira, who she worshiped. After that, she forfeited ownership of the Death Note and lost her memories, but is still under police surveillance. As of now, she’s flourishing as an actress.

Ryuk

Death Note Ladies Appreciation Weeks Day 11: Rem or Misa Amane

In continuing their movie advertising teamups, Death Note has a collaboration with the iOS/Android game LINE Bubble 2, featuring some adorable chibi Death Note characters. (src)
