Ok so as I said earlier I’ve been getting a lot of messages about amber and Deborah and how amber is getting worse than that. This is my personal take on it so feel free to leave your thoughts.

Honestly my opinion is no. Yes she is getting worse. I will not deny that. However amber is just mean to be mean. Deborah is manipulative. That to me is far worse. Amber gets under people’s skin. Deborah knows how to play them and will do whatever it takes to get what she wants.

Deborah was ready to throw Castiel away and flirt with (and possibly cheat with) Nathaniel. I wouldn’t be surprised if Deborah did cheat. Hell she was ready to seduce Leigh when she thought he was a big name producer! She knows how to play people so it wouldn’t be surprising if she did. She’s a huge part of why Nathaniel and Cas don’t get along (though it seems they didn’t before but my take was her being that huge push making it worse).

Amber on the other hand knows she’s mean. She doesn’t even try to hide it. She could never play people because everyone already knows how she is and couldn’t trust what she tried to say. She’s not smart enough to play people like that.

While Amber is getting everyone to laugh at Cappucine & Candy, which yes is absolutely awful with it, Deborah CONVINCED everyone that Candy was awful. She played victim so well I was shocked when even Violette, the sweetest thing ever, turned on her.

Now turn things around here. Say Deborah was around when Cappucine got her boyfriend. Amber blew it in her face. Deborah on the other hand would go behind Cappucine’s back to get him for herself if she really wanted him. Within a week Deborah would have him and be rubbing it in.

And I’m like…

Apparently the project I started is not okay? According to the staff of the mcl forum, it is “illegal” to make a game with ANYTHING related to mcl. But, like, it won’t earn anything? So I guess I’ll still do it?

Fuck it, I’m doing it. Hopefully I won’t get pursued for having fun with a project.

However they could be. if they were used in a way that they are being used to criticize or parody the ordinal work. In which case, you could totally do that without the authorization of Beemoov. If what Lumiele stated is true, that the game has come into it’s own, then a change of sprites, location name, and anything still binding it  to MCL gone, you shouldn’t have a problem. :) I don’t say this to be mean or bitchy, I just don’t want some much work to go into something just to have it shut down. Over all it’s not about Beemoov not knowing how to handle the fans, it’s just a cooperation saying no to a game that has actively and publicly advertised a game using their copy written work.  With all that being said, no matter what you choose to do, I wish nothing bad to come to you and wish you luck in whatever, you choose to do. If you’re interested in learning more about copyright I have a link here that leads to a government page (U.S.) that talks about copy right infringement. I also have links, here, here, and here about fair use. Both these pages dive deeper then I have here about the topics. 

In addition, the game will not be commercialised in any way or form: It’s just a small game made with Ren’py, not on steam and no money needed for it whatsoever(AKA no profit, it literally hurts nobody)

I sent this to someone in a message, but saw that many people are confused, so I’m posting it.

Go to people’s profiles and click “throw snowball”. On the left side of the page there’s a little icon below the volume controls that says the number of snowballs you have. If you click that, it takes you to the event page, where you can buy snowballs for AP and gifts for $. To send gifts, you put your friends username and select the number of gifts you want to send. You can send up to 10 gifts to each person, with no limit of people, but there’s only 10 gifts to receive, so sometimes it tells you that a person has already received # gifts. Also on the page is our own gift gauge, which we fill up by throwing snowballs, 50 in total. You can throw multiple snowballs at any person, just reload the page. If you get hit with a snowball the only indication is a new head accessory that looks like a snowball all over Candy’s face. Other than buying snowballs, you can earn up to 4 a day by completing the objectives that are displayed at the top of the event page. The site is lagging pretty badly, so if you can spare 200 AP or so, I’d suggest just buying the snowballs instead of trying to earn them, because the minigame won’t load and like flower power, you only get to click on the link once. Once you throw 50 snowballs you get all the illustration and outfit pieces, as well as a bonus outfit.

In order to get the gifted outfit, another Candy must send it to you. 10 people can send you one gift or one person can send you all ten it doesn’t matter. Throwing snowballs is like gifting the snowball face accessory to other Candies as far as I can tell, but mostly they’re only beneficial to the person throwing them, as every 5 thrown snowball= a gift from the site.
