I don’t think people truly understand the scope of the damage Sony is about to do to physical media. They literally invented the compact disc. They are the reason why Blu-ray as a format won the HD wars over HD-DVD. They have gargantuan influence over manufacturing disc-based media. If Sony as a company stops making physical media for their next gen gaming consoles, this is going to affect movies and music as well. If you buy CDs, DVDs, or Blu-rays, those are next on the chopping block.

Lrb even aside from the hydration benefits it's just a good flavor enhancer and knowing when to add it can make a world of difference in how enjoyable it is to eat food. Salt your pasta water. Salt the water you boil vegetables in. Pinch of salt in buttercreams and batters. Lil sprinkle on top of raw tomatoes/watermelon if you're nasty. Salt <3

I miss my leeches for all the normal pet reasons but I also miss being able to use them as a one-hit death blow to end stupid conversations. Whenever I defend the ecological importance of parasites someone will inevitably crawl up and go “well I bet you wouldn’t feel that way if you had them” and oooooo boy let me tell you. It was so fun to hit back with “I DO” and then whip out my phone and show them 30 pictures of my fucking Worms
