He didn’t expect the bell to ring in such an early hour, but then again, humans do treat everything like they own it. Kai walked out from his hideout, intending to send his customer away, but how surprised he is to see an equal of him— another demon, or to be more exact, the demon that took care of him, Byun Baekhyun. He doesn’t have the reason to kick him out from his shop disrespectfully, right? 

Baekhyun took a step back to actually take a good look of Kai. He gotten taller. The dullness in his eyes were still there, but now they glimmered with something the demon couldn’t grasp. Baekhyun’s eyes locked on Kai’s with a devilish smile.

"I had to, to reduce the evil in me." Kai chuckled, hazel orbs glimmering gently. Back when he was younger, he had nothing but the darkness in his eyes. Maybe it's the flowers, or maybe it's Zitao, but the antichrist had definitely turned softer. He could only pray that Baekhyun wouldn't be upset for that.
