idk if I’ve told this story before but when I was like 9 years old at summer camp I had a counselor who would tell us these amazing original stories before bedtime, with elves and dragons and wizards and everything. Then like 5 years later we all realized that she had just been telling us the lord of the rings from memory

can we talk about parks and rec and character development for a moment? so many of the characters pretty much made complete 180s in terms of development, and it didn’t feel contrived or rushed or anything. april gained passion and ambition, andy learned how to care for others and be a better person, chris learned to cope with mental illness in a healthy way, and mark left. mark just fuckign left. good fuckign riddance mark
