Hans is crying and trying to be brave. Henry places his hand on top of Hans's and he looks up, raises his eyebrows, and smiles. He's so pleased. I'm sure his heart skipped a beat. A moment where his breath hitched.

Hans being laid down into the bed. A huge turn around from seconds before where he had thought he fucked it all up. A smile for Henry who is being quite gentle with him. A smile for Henry for coming back into the room. A smile for Henry because it's happening between them and he's a bit in awe. It doesn't feel real yet.

Hans smiling into the kiss. Henry's weight on top of him. Better than he imagined. His hands are larger than a woman's and they fit perfectly against his body. A smile into the kiss because he can't help himself. Henry befriended this little spoiled rotten noble prick and saved him, cared for him, listened to him, laughed with him, protected him, wanted to spend time with him, stood up for him, spoke kindly about him, and loved him even before there was something like this between them.

So he smiles into the kiss.

How could he not? When Henry is the epitome of what it feels like to come home again.

I wanted to slow the gif down at first but decided against it. I love how Hans practically jumps on Henry and scoots himself into his arms so hard they both move backwards, it looks cuter and funnier at normal speed

I think Henry wasn't expecting this kind of hug, his awkward pats also indicate this. baby underestimated how much Hans missed him too lol
