Okay I wish I had that courage like you do because that would terrify me! Unless there was a chance to make friends with them and get on their good side. But I feel like we learned the outcome so many times!

I enjoyed dinosaurs as a kid, so it’d be pretty cool to actually see one in person. If I could be-friend it, that would be an added bonus so long as it doesn’t eat me. True, you’d think they would have learned the lesson the first time around. 

Those places are nice, but even better with the right company. You are always such a good influence aren’t you? I haven’t given in to a lot of them in my life but I suppose better late than never right? That is quite a lot of power to give me. How much time do you have? I don’t want to mess up any plans you have. 

Hm, you’re my right company so I guess I can’t complain. Of course, with my little halo and everything. Exactly. And what better way to start right now. I’m trusting you with this power. As they say, with great power comes great responsibility. Don’t worry about me, I got all the time in the world. 

But somehow some people still find ways to have fun. I suppose you are right though about the break…it is just easier said than done. A drive though, that is very tempting. Where would we go? 

Maybe. If their idea of fun is going to Breadstix, by all means. Go wild. Wouldn’t hurt to give into that temptation. Wherever you want, ladies’ choice. 

Its that time again where I’m encouraged to take a break from work. Yet every time I’m just stumped on exactly what to do. I’d much rather work, give the vacations to other people…but that’s besides the point. Does anyone happen to have any suggestions? 

This place is dead and boring as per usual. Besides, you work too hard Lizzie - you deserve to take a break. Let’s go somewhere, take a drive or something. 

I mean there must be other ways to get that thrill. Roller-coasters for example, give a great moment of excitement but is not as much of a risk. I feel like careless is an understatement, I would say to each their own but its almost concerning. 

I don’t know about that, have you not seen Final Destination? Those rollercoasters at carnivals look pretty risky to me. 

While I understand how exciting the New Year can be, it gives you that push to step out of your shell and that is a beautiful thing. But I really wish people would be more careful, it has been almost non stop at the hospital. Is it truly worth the risk just to try something new? I am actually curious. 

People like the adrenaline high, Liz. Unfortunately, most are careless and we are the ones who gotta deal with them. 

I’ve been back in Lima for almost a month now and I can say I did not miss this place. The majority of people are still idiots, the food is ridiculously greasy as hell, and I still feel like I’m living in the dark ages sometimes with people’s opinions on today’s issues.

On the plus side working at Luxe has been badass, it’s really cool the community theatre is doing RENT, low key mad I wasn’t here to audition but it is what it is, and I am back together with my family which is relatively dope. But why don’t ya’ll tell me everything I’ve missed these past couple of years?

If it’s such a shit show, why did you come back? 

I can’t believe it’s the middle of January already.  Some years January seems to drag on forever, and now this year…it feels like New Years was just a couple of days ago.  It might be because I find myself thinking of it, maybe. Did anyone make any resolutions?  How are they going?

What’s the point? Have New Years resolutions really worked out for anyone? Yeah, you go ahead and you start working out this year. Only to quit, not even toward the end of January, and stuff your face with junk food. 

I don’t understand why people feel the need to overshare when they speak to receptionists. If you’re an hour late, you don’t get to just walk in and that’s the rule– I literally don’t care that you’re late because your dog got out almost got hit by a car, Stephanie. Keep it in a kennel when you leave and be on time. It’s not my problem. 

It’s one thing to call ahead of time if you knew you were going to be late, but it could have been prevented.
