I wouldn’t say this dating sim is horror. But then I turned it off. And all of my programs are acting weird. GIFfany, from the game, is somehow everywhere…

This almost forgotten game recently got unearthed in a collection of UFO Soft’s library. Game preservation is important!

This game never saw a release, but someone found a demo version. It looks pretty cute, solving puzzles to collect pets. At least, parts of it looks cute. Other parts though…

Space Pirate

There was a pizza place growing up that had this and Golden Tee. I remember it being quite the quarter muncher, but there was some weird dude who worked there that could get to the end screen.

Pretty wild for a game to bank on the tagline “you die in the game, you die for real.” But these were the edgier times in game advertising. Never played it myself, but the Game Informer article made it look pretty cool.

There were a lot of Resident Evil clones to come out after the original. This may be the most Resident Evil-y of them all.
