"What-" Harry asked softly, carefully. Afraid of the answer. "Last night, what were you going to say?"
Louis took a deep breath, looking away from Harry.
"I didn't think -when I kissed you, I didn't think I was in love with you again."
The icy air cut Harry's lungs as he inhaled sharply.
"But I am." Louis continued, shaking his head "And I don't - I don't know if I should be."
Or despite being the reason their marriage failed Harry never stopped loving Louis. They've remained on good terms for the sake of their twin daughters but when circumstances change and feelings resurface, eight years might be enough time for them to have changed too.
