Considering that the closest pokemon equivalent to a mayor is a gym leader, I like to think that he can pull up with his team of 6.

Probably pulls up with Leavanny, Vespiquen, Crustle, Heracross, Accelgor, and Durant considering that Castelia City is based on NYC

Considering that the gen5 games (the first ones at least) only have pokemon from that gen, I think instead of the Vespiquen and Heracross, he’s got a Volcarona and Scolipede - maybe even a mega!
