I’ve seen it on my local news. I don’t watch too much national news.

we’ve been having rain non-stop. It flooded bad on August 5th and news stations said that the pump stations were working. Well guess what, they lied! One pump in the pump station caught on fire and the others are not working AT ALL! So yea.. it’s bad

^^^ had to walk 6 blocks in knee deep water just to get home because the water was so too deep for cars to pass through . People were stuck and sleeping on the interstate because cars were stuck on the exit ramp blocking up traffic for miles 😭

It’s on Florida local news as well–but it’s a goddamn mess that it’s not on national news

like no offense… but the past most definitely just feels fake. like it just feels like it didn’t actually happen. like it just feels fake. i don’t like remembering things. it’s just a blurry little snapshot in my head. it just doesn’t seem real.
