a lot of fics have missions where one organization asks to borrow a member from the other organization; like the ada need back up so fukuzawa will ask mori to lend someone and for plot reasons other than sending lower level grunts he sends in an executive (chuuya) or akutagawa --- or fukuzawa will send in atsushi or dazai

we should consider that mori and atsushi being in the same room probably increases dazai's bloodthirst so if atsushi is called in specifically by the mafia -- its a mission chuuya is in charge of (not as an active participant, but as the person who fills them (atsushi and probably aku) in and they report to) becuz he's the highest ranking mafioso dazai trusts and the one he trusts the most

i was gonna say chuuyas the only one he trusts (tho u could make an argument that whatever his feelings with aku r, he at the very least fully trusts him with atsushi) but the hirotsu dazai broship is canon
