Sam only ate salads because Jared thought he looked weird with small things in his hands. I agree with him he looked like a Giagnator running up the steps with that homemade torch In Metamorphosis. Fork foods were a better look for him.

His hands aren’t even that big comparatively speaking. 

He looked weird holding that sandwich in the episode when he woke up from “Wall Surgery”.

I think that was about awkwardness rather than actual big hands
